* Separate dining room with two large tables, extra chairs, and French doors to patio with new outdoor furniture and BBQ.
* Large bathroom.
* Large Bedroom with a queen bed, full closet, and dresser.

Upstairs:
* Large (12'x20') bedroom with queen bed, trundle bed, and a TV.
* Large (13'x20') office/third bedroom with desks, computer, single bed, and exerciser.
* Large second bathroom with washer and dryer.

This vacation rental has:
* Upstairs rooms newly carpeted. Hardwood floors throughout.
* Large backyard with raised flower beds, orange and avocado trees, horshoe pits and dart board etc. Weekly gardener provided.
* If needed, infant swing, carseat, stroller, chair, children's toys, books, plastic pool, puzzles, and games are available.

Activities and Attractions around Manhattan Beach, California:
* House is located in Manhattan Beach "tree section."
* There is only a ten minute drive to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
* Short five minute drive to wonderful beaches, downtown Manhattan Beach small quaint shops and restaurants, or three minutes to the Manhattan Beach Mall, with a selection of larger stores and many good nearby restaurants.
* Ten minutes to 405 Freeway that leads to many Southern California attractions such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, the new Getty and other Museums.
