The Sea Cliff luxury condos are a unique property on the ocean front in the center of beautiful Carolina Beach. The entire building was renovated in 2006 and updated with all-new everything. The ocean front decks are believed to be the largest on the beach.
Unlike other properties, each of only three units occupies an entire floor for greater privacy. Our unit occupies the top floor and offers the largest floor plan and quietest accommodations.
The living room and two of the bedrooms have sliders leading directly to a spacious ocean front deck. The master and second bedroom have full closets and private full baths. The third bedroom has a full sized futon fold out, computer desk, and closet. All new appliances compliment a very well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and expansive views of the ocean. We are cooks and cooking is fun here!
A private walkway to the beach with benches and an outdoor shower are also available. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles.
High speed WiFi/Internet is active for those who need the net. We have flat-screen tv's in 3 rooms each with independent cable access. DVD players are in the living room and master bedroom with an extensive library of dvd's for your viewing. Our CD player is connected to outdoor speakers as well as the living room. Dance on the deck to your heart's content!
