The Sea Cliff luxury condos are a unique property on the ocean front in the center of beautiful Carolina Beach. The entire building was renovated in 2006 and updated with all-new everything. The wrap-around decks are believed to be the largest on the beach.
Unlike other properties, each of only three units occupies an entire floor for greater privacy. Our unit occupies the top floor and offers the largest floor plan and quietest accommodations.
The living room and two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading directly to a spacious ocean front deck. The master and second bedroom have full closets and private full baths. The third bedroom has a full sized futon fold out, computer desk, and closet--a half bath is easily accessible. All new appliances compliment a very well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and expansive views of the ocean. We are cooks and cooking is fun here!
High speed WiFi/Internet is active for those who need the net. We have flat-screen tv's in 3 rooms each with independent cable access. DVD players are in the living room and master bedroom with an extensive library of dvd's for your viewing. Use our CD library or bring your ipod or CDs and dance on the deck to your heart's content.
A private walkway to the beach with benches and an outdoor shower are also available. There is a charcoal grill available for the use of the condo. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Our family of 4 loved the location and amenities of this top floor condo in Carolina Beach! Renting this condo meant being able to take full advantage of the oceanfront location, as well as the lakeside location to the rear. We felt we couldn't have picked a better location. The owner has tastefully decorated this condo. It was great to be right on a non-crowded beach and to walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. We especially enjoyed Squigley's Ice Cream, Uncle Vinny's, Brit's Donuts, the Mexican Restaurant downtown, etc. The owners of this condo were very responsive to our needs during our stay. We appreciated the extra touches like magazines, movies, a well stocked kitchen, lawn chairs, boogie boards, etc. Our family definitely hopes to return to this condo to enjoy another relaxing vacation week in the future!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
