  My husband and our friend stayed at Jo Ann's condo in Kapaa for three nights. The condo is lovely, and well equipped with all amenities, even including laundry detergent. Everything was super clean, and my husband commented on the high quality of the bed sheets - he is a bit of a "high thread count" snob! The unit is located on the ground floor right by the pool and hot tub, yet the patio is private and we didn't really experience any noise from either the pool area, or from the adjacent units. While the condo itself exceeded our expectations, it was really Jo Ann herself who outdid herself in making sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay! She was super helpful and accomodating, from allowing us to check in early and check out late, to helping with local restaurant recommendations, to providing a third bicycle for us when she found out that our friend was staying with us too. We were extremely happy with our experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Kudos must go to our sons and their dad who did some amazing work completing our recent indoor upgrades to add to the beautiful grounds and fun location of our seaside condo. We know we are blessed to live with clean air, sunshine and warmth for most of the year. It is an added blessing that it seems "the world comes to Kapaa Shore Oceanfront Resort" and we get the benefit of meeting visiting guests. Mahalo nui for choosing to stay with us.   We spent another wonderful four weeks at Jo Ann's condo. Coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise, whales and the ocean. This condo is perfect location on the island..travel in any direction easily. Everything is provided, Jo Ann has thought of anything and everything that makes a vacation easy and relaxed, even bikes for the nearby trail. The staff at Kapaa Shores and friendly and professional, the grounds are well kept, the pool and hot tub tended to daily. Of course, we will be back next winter! Mahalo Jo Ann!!

  Our family (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed 2 weeks at Kapaa Shores. We had an amazing vacation and will certainly be back to explore more of the island. The condo comes fully stocked, is centrally located, loved the convenience of the bbq's, had fun playing shuffleboard, sipping coffee on the lounge chairs steps from the lanai while watching the waves, swimming, and exchanging daily island adventures with other guests in the hot tub. Thanks.

  Very well maintained property, everything you need in the condo, 2 bikes provided for riding the new bike path - but most exiting is Jo Ann with her kindness and hospitality. We got fresh fruits and vegetables from her and a lot of informations and recommendations. Thanks again for everything.

  We really enjoyed staying here, the place was comfortable and clean. Joanne is very sweet, and even called to check in on us! The best part was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. We will stay here again!

  We had a delightful time escaping an Alaskan winter to this wonderful condo. Right on the bike trail, we enjoyed the beaches and biking right outside the door. Kauai is a great place to hike and we enjoyed going out in the day and coming back to a wonderful soak in the hot tub and splash in the pool. This property is very centrally located and the hostess was great with advice for adventuring and eating in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality. This is a place we will love to return to!

  My husband and I spent the month of March at this wonderful condo. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. the condo is a perfect location. I would wake up in the morning and sit in the livingroom and look out at the ocean. What a great way to start the day. the location is perfect for walkers. There is a walking path a block away and we took a 4 mile walk daily with the ocean right beside us. Jo Ann was wonderful. We were treated very special and it is so nice to have the condo owner living on the island. We truly can't wait to go back and we will stay for another month.

  Just returned from Kauai and 3 weeks of sunshine..This condo is perfect! Well appointed, everything you could ever dream of needing for a great holiday. Photos were true and the staff work very hard to keep the grounds and pool immaculate. Sit on the lanai and watch the ocean and the whales. Could not ask for a nicer place to escape our Canadian winter.

  This is a lovely place in a fantastic location. The hospitality by the owner (and neverending answers to our questions!) was second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back!

EARLY CHECK-IN AND VERY LATE CHECK-OUT OK WITH OWNER APPROVAL..NO CHARGE.

Total Rental Fee not due until 30 days prior to your arrival.

$100 USD DEPOSIT due within 10 days or so of booking with personal or business check, or money order. Deposit is part of $90 outcleaning fee. If dishes are left clean in dishwasher or dish drain, all rubbish is removed, and our seaside home left neat, we return a portion of the Deposit.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

ADD 13.42% COMBINED TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION AND EXCISE TAX to all per night, weekly, and monthly fees

Nightly Rate = $150

Weekly Rate = $945

Monthly Rate = $3,400

The combined tax is added to these rates.
