Very well maintained property, everything you need in the condo, 2 bikes provided for riding the new bike path - but most exiting is Jo Ann with her kindness and hospitality. We got fresh fruits and vegetables from her and a lot of informations and recommendations. Thanks again for everything.

We really enjoyed staying here, the place was comfortable and clean. Joanne is very sweet, and even called to check in on us! The best part was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. We will stay here again!

My husband and I spent the month of March at this wonderful condo. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. the condo is a perfect location. I would wake up in the morning and sit in the livingroom and look out at the ocean. What a great way to start the day. the location is perfect for walkers. There is a walking path a block away and we took a 4 mile walk daily with the ocean right beside us. Jo Ann was wonderful. We were treated very special and it is so nice to have the condo owner living on the island. We truly can't wait to go back and we will stay for another month.

Wonderful Winter Get Away

We had a delightful time escaping an Alaskan winter to this wonderful condo. Right on the bike trail, we enjoyed the beaches and biking right outside the door. Kauai is a great place to hike and we enjoyed going out in the day and coming back to a wonderful soak in the hot tub and splash in the pool. This property is very centrally located and the hostess was great with advice for adventuring and eating in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality. This is a place we will love to return to!

Just returned from Kauai and 3 weeks of sunshine..This condo is perfect! Well appointed, everything you could ever dream of needing for a great holiday. Photos were true and the staff work very hard to keep the grounds and pool immaculate. Sit on the lanai and watch the ocean and the whales. Could not ask for a nicer place to escape our Canadian winter.

This is a lovely place in a fantastic location. The hospitality by the owner (and neverending answers to our questions!) was second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back!

Dear Jo Ann, Your condo exceeds casual comfort: you've thought of so many things to make it easy for your guests. Primo mattress, for instance. Kitchen condiments, for another. We enjoyed the Farmer's Market produce and Country Moon Bakery, oh yes. Climbing Sleeping Giant, hiking in Waimea - the trail to Lolo Point, across the Nualolo Cliffs Trail to the Awaawapuhi Trail was the highlight for us. Oh, one more food note: the Vy Pho Restaurant was a pleasure few seem to have discovered. Aloha

What a great location! Love the ocean and pool view. The condo has been greatly appreciated. Loads of extras. Lovely Hawaiian CD's to listen to. The lawns are like a putting green. I went to the Wednesday Farmer's Market - a terrific place for fruit and veggies at good prices. A wedding took place on the lawn outside my door. Everyone came out on their lanais and clapped when the bride and groom kissed. The true spirit of Aloha!

Had a marvelous time on this beautiful island. Trying to figure out a way we can spend one-half the year here! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Your hospitality and friendliness Jo Ann, was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed everything we did: Donkey Beach for an end-of-day cool-down to watch the surfers and have a beer; Shave ice from various stands; great seafood from Mermaids, The Fish Hut, Kintaros, Tropical Tacos, and more; kayaking the Na Pali Coast with Napali Kayak (great outfitters); hiking the Kalalau Trail to the Hanakapi'ai Falls-swam alone in the falls! Go Early!; jungle hikes; and more! Sad to leave, but happy to know I'll return one day!

We had a great time in Kauai. Great location to explore all sides of the island. Snorkeling at Tunnels was great - turtles, eels, reef sharks and lots of fish. Enjoyed Lawai also. Climbed the cliffs at Shipwrecks and went to Hideaways Beach. Hikes were beautiful. Hot tub great at end of day. Roy's and Keoki's restaurants nice. Condo had everything. Thank you for the grapefruit and beach equipment.

On my last full day here I am reflecting on the most complete vacation I have ever had. Every cove and stretch of beach is a post card. The constantly changing array of colors in the ocean and sky is a reminder of how incredible this God made planet is and that I am privileged to live on. Our vacation here was Heavenly! Your home is in an ideal location, love the ocean view! Your beach home in Kapa`a has everything we could possibly need. We love your eclectic home decor! Mele Kalikimaka We enjoyed your homey and comfortable retreat. Despite some inclimate weather, especially the first few days, we totally enjoyed and relaxed during our holiday. Although we had a very difficult time getting here (2 flights were cancelled & they lost our luggage) once we did arrive it was such a pleasure finding this beautiful condo, breathtaking view and jacuzzi & pool. It was an excellent starting point to explore the beautiful Island of Kaua`i, not to mention the generous surprise of a champagne toast. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Dear Jo Ann, Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation at your lovely condo. Our 4-1/2 yr old son enjoyed going down to the rocks in the mornings to catch crabs, fishes, shrimp and was especially excited when my husband caught an eel. My 6 yr old daughter enjoyed finding shells. If she could have stayed at the condo without driving around, she would have been happy with that. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting on the beach at night enjoying the waves smashing against the rocks and knowing our kids were a few feet away from us. By the way, your manager Cindy, was very generous in accommodating us. God Bless you & your family.

Thank you again Jo Ann, we had a wonderful stay. Everyone in the family was envious of our condo, as absolutely everything, including snorkels, movies for the grandkids was available. We even had a couple ask if we lived here as your place is a real "home" not as bare as all the others. The wedding was beautiful and all the family loved Kauai.
