This immaculate home boasts tasteful furnishings and has a spacious, sunlit living room with a cathedral ceiling and brick fireplace. The living room is flanked on one side by the private master bedroom suite with king-size bed, en suite marble bath, phone, and TV, and on the other side by three additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, one room of which can be converted into a king bed. The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and terra cotta tile floor. In addition to central air conditioning, each bedroom and the living room is cooled by ceiling fans.

The house has a large sunny upper deck, accessed by four sliding glass doors, with ample patio furniture and grill and a sunny lower deck with heated in-ground swimming pool surrounded by beautiful, flowering landscaping and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Minutes away from bay and ocean beaches, this home is a one-level contemporary located on a wooded lot. It's located in a quiet, woodsy upscale section of the Springs area of East Hampton, a town that combines small town charm with natural beauty as well as the sophistication of upscale stores and restaurants.

In addition to the amenities listed below, the property has beach parking permits for the ocean beach in Amagansett and the bay beaches in East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk.

Why the Owner Chose East Hampton

The Hamptons are a great location to be in - whether to live or to visit. I fell in love with East Hampton while living out there for a summer and working at a bed and breakfast to see if buying and owning a B&B was what I wanted to do. Well, I decided it wasn't for me, but I ended up buying a house out there instead. What is so great about it is that it is the perfect combination of New York City people, culture, restaurants and shopping AND some of the most beautiful natural scenery in this country: beach, bays, blue skies, beautiful hiking trails, and more. I love going out there all year round - the off-season in Fall and Spring are the best.

I am lucky enough to have an apartment in New York City and a lovely home in the Hamptons. I am also lucky enough to split my time between the two as I have clients for my home staging business in both locations. As you will see from my guestbook, my prior tenants have been very happy. I continuously strive to make sure that no need goes unmet when guests stay at my property.

    • Donna- The house was great and a perfect fit for our family. Everything worked, the kitchen was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. Many of the other wedding guests were complaining about poor accomodations at area motels, but our experience was only positive. We would rent the house again if we ever have a need to return to the area. All of your instructions were clear and concise, and there was never any confusion about how to do anything around the house. It is a really nice, neat, clean home that is nicely equipped and furnished.
