Enjoy all the comforts of home in this newly constructed four bedroom/two bath, 1600 square-foot private pool house. The master bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom and queen bed. Each bedroom is located in a different area of the house for privacy, three have queen beds and one a day bed. All rooms are professionally decorated with a LCD TV in the living room.

The kitchen looks out onto the pool and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dish ware, glasses, silverware, blender, coffee maker and more. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. House plan allows for privacy and open common areas.

All you need to bring is your swimsuit and food, (linens and towels provided)

Walk to Spring Training games at Surprise Stadium and watch the Kansas City Royals or the Texas Rangers play. Or drive 20 minutes to see the Padres and the Mariners play. We are located only 13 miles from site of Super Bowl XLII and 25 miles from PIR, home of NASCAR.

Also, just minutes away from several great golf courses such as AZ Traditions, Coyote Lakes, Cimarron Golf, Desert Springs, Wigwam, Etc. You can also enjoy hiking in the nearby White Tank Mtns. Zoo, Lake Pleasant. Oh ya you can fish at the 5-Acre Fishing Lake!
