This Beachfront corner unit is located in the Beach Front Tower of Playa Royale. Its unique corner location offers stunning views of the beach, ocean and the surrounding mountains of Puerto Vallarta. The beach is just yards away! You have your own private gated entrance to the Unit.
The two bedroom, two bathroom unit, with huge wrap-around balcony provides ample space (2000 plus square feet) for your leisure enjoyment, and the celebration of Sunsets.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, granite counter top, dish washer, easy clean cook top, electric oven, stainless steel fridge with ice maker, and gourmet coffee maker.
Washer and dryer for your laundry needs are conveniently located in the guest bath room near the entrance.
WI-FI (Secured) / 5MB Fiber Internet access is available inside the condo. No need to haul your laptop and go to the first floor lobby area to check you email!!.
For a one-time of $75 per family/group (up to 5) or $12.50 person, you get access to the Beach Club, and the Sports Center.
This amazing Condo is within walking distance of Paradise Village Hotel, Resort Complex, Paradise Village Mall and Marina.
Free Shuttle Service is provided to the Championship El Tiger Golf Courses, Paradise Resorts and Spa, the Marina, the Village Shopping Mall, and the Million Dollar Sports Center.
POOL/HOT TUB:
Playa Royale comes equipped with two large pools and hot tubs. The swimming area offers excellent views of the ocean and the surrounding towers/villas. There is also a full bar with drinks and food service.
EUROPEAN SPA:
The Paradise Village Grand Spa is a World Class Full Service Spas facility.
RECREATION ON THE BEACH:
Walk on the miles of the beautiful sandy beach. Para-Sailing, banana boating, sailing, swim in the warm inviting water of Banderas Bay, or relaxing in the sun under a well served Palapas. You are on vacation.

In addition to Mexican cuisine, restaurants also offer Brazilian, Italian, Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines. It also has a bank with ATM, Money Exchange, and Grocery Market with pharmacy and delivery service.
ZOO:
Paradise Village has two new zoos that are home to two three-year old tigers! Located at the entrance of the community, the small zoos also include a Black Panther, flamingos, and alligators for your viewing pleasure.
CHILDREN:
Playa Royale and Nuevo Vallarta is a great place for children. In addition to swimming activities in the pool and water sports in ocean, there are zoos, a turtle preserve, and a shopping mall as mentioned above. The general area is very safe for children.

We took a spring break trip with two adults and three children ages 9-13 and stayed in this unit in Tower I. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach and playing in the pools and ocean. The kids met friends and played for hours in the pools. We paid a minimal weekly fee ($17 each?) for access to the beach club and workout facilities at the El Tigre Tennis Club. I think you also get assistance with golf access with that be we aren't golfers. The workout facility is excellent with many nice treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and extensive resistance machines and free weights, complimentary towels, cold water, mats to stretch all in a beautiful tennis club setting. The kids played Ping-Pong during these mornings and had fun. The workout club was well used by serious looking workout folks but we got machines we wanted every day without waiting. The grounds at Playa Royale are excellent, very clean and the staff was 100% helpful and nice with all front desk staff speaking English. Compared to staying at a nice hotel (my reference is Westin Maui) the grounds are about 85% as nice and it is much less crowded. The beach is wonderful, no rocks, easy waves that are big enough to have fun with but not too big to hurt. The area for swimming is roped off to keep any wayward motorboats away. There were plenty of beach umbrellas (made with palm fronds called Palapas?) to be had and the mix of visitors included some Canadian, American and nice Mexican nationals who were all great to be around. The beach food service was good and very reasonable, we tipped well and had all the attention we wanted. A bit too many beach vendors but not horrible and they went away with just a "no gracias." The unit is great, clean, updated kitchen etc, we cooked breakfast and some lunches there easily. There is easy access to a large Walmart via taxi ($5-10) and a within walking distance smaller grocery store near a Starbucks etc. The unit is air-conditioned and has one of the best locations in the whole complex - closest to the ocean, amazing sunset views. Both of us parents and the kids were comfortable in the beds and at times just relaxed in the unit. There is a trash chute for easily disposal and the elevators were readily available. We would definitely go back and rent this unit again. Owner was perfect to deal with and helpful with questions about taxis etc. The whole area seemed quite safe, security to access hotel was taken seriously but wasn't draconian at all.Did you find this review helpful? My family of 4 (with 2 kids age 7 and 4) enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. The photos of the unit could not do justice to the beauty of the ocean view. The way it was situated meant that the condo was bright and sunny all day long. It did not feel dreary to be indoors during the day if we needed a break from the 14 days of straight sunshine. Master bedroom with an ocean view was so relaxing. Kids were comfy in the 2 beds in the 2nd room. Having in-suite laundry was handy for a 2 week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our breakfasts and lunches and the Mega Store closeby away was a great spot to shop for food at a good price. Local restaurants were FANTASTIC and reasonably priced. Playa Royale was so peaceful compared to the hotels. Condo owners were great to deal with..answered all my questions and no problems. I will try to come back to this unit every year! Price, view, quiet and comfy condo beats the hotels hands down !Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was our fifth visit to Playa Royale but the first time we have been in a corner unit. The view from this unit is spectacular. We enjoyed the morning sun and the great sunsets. Most days we saw Dolphins and/or Whales from the balcony. This unit is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The owner is quick to respond to any questions/issues you may have. We have stayed in other parts of Puerto Vallarta but find Playa Royale superior to any other complex. The grounds are very well maintained, there is plenty of room on the beach and you can walk for miles. We highly recommend this unit. Owner response: Great communication with guests from reservation, check-in, and duration of stay. Resort administrators took good care of the guest's needs and requests. Look forward to have the guests return next year.

My wife and I have stayed at the beachfront condo twice during the past year and absoutly loved the location, ocean view and how immaculate and well maintained the condo is. We had a previous experience in Playa Royale where the furnishings just were not updated and the unit wonderfully decorated. This 2 bedroom unit is positioned with excellent garden, pool and ocean views. The kitchen is completely furnished with all the utinsels and appliances as our home in the US. The pool and hot tub are just a three minute walk from the front door. We highly recommend this condo for those that appreciate quality in their vacation rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife and I and our 2yr old Daughter stayed here in mid Jan for 2 weeks what a great condo on a awsome beach. Very very nice all the way round. I would highly recomend this condo to anybody great place for kids.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
