Our family of 4 (3 adults and 1 child) had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect-near to beaches, shopping, resteraunts. The condo was lovely, and outfitted well with beach towels and pots/pans/dishes,ect. We grilled 2 nights at the pool- it was very relaxing and low-key, the perfecct antidote for beautiful, high-priced resteraunts we went to on the other nights! The front desk was also extremely helpful- helping us set up a trip to Hana that remains one of our trip's highlights. Thanks for a great experience!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We didn't expect this luxery and quiet place. We spent 4 weeks in Luana Kai and there was no unsatisfactory at all. The swimmingpool opens at 8 am, for me it could have been earlier. And the BBQ aerea on the pool is just great, so you dont have to cook in the apartment.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I stayed here with two other people for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The complex is very quiet, even when it got busy for a wedding. This unit was very clean and nicely updated. We loved having the water filtered thru the fridge as we just refilled bottles the whole trip. We used the pool daily to cool off before bed and the bbq's quite a few times. Great facilities!! We would definitely stay here again and have been recommending it to our friends and co-workers. No complaints from us!!

We just returned yesterday from our stay. I can't say enough wonderful things about our visit. The condo was well maintained, tastefully furnished, 2 plasma tvs, dvd and vcr player and playstation. There was a small compact washer/dryer unit. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area had just been redone. There were 5 outdoor Jennair grills with granite countertops. There was also a full kitchen at the pool area. There was a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai of the condo, and it was a short walk to the calm, clean sandy beach. We liked being in the Kihei area. The weather was always sunny and warm and it was close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thank you very much for the beautiful condo. The condo was tastefully decorated, modern and very comfortable for four adults. (No cheesy Hawaiian floral polyester couches or bedspreads). The location was convenient for exploring the island. We appreciated the beach towels, mats and chairs. Also, the pool (with bbq), tennis courts and general grounds were very nicely maintained. Overall, we highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Maui.
