The Maple is a unique 1928 brick 5 unit building lovingly remodeled from top to bottom by the owners over the last two years. These beautiful apartments allow you to come to Seattle and enjoy all of the creature comforts of home while fully experiencing this incredible city. Each apartment is 800 square feet complete with a queen size bed and down comforter in the bedroom, one bathroom with a hair dryer, a dining room with seating for four, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room with a pull out sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, Dish Network including HBO and Showtime, CD player, phone and wi-fi internet access. Need paring? Rent a space in the small lot behind the building.
Conveniently located on the Eastern bench of downtown in the heart of Capitol Hill we are nestled between Broadway, the hub of Capitol Hill's commercial district, and the neighborhood joints on Fifteenth Avenue East. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, casual eateries, fine dining, gorgeous parks, friendly pubs and lively clubs just blocks away from our front door.

Why the Owner Chose Capitol Hill
We lived in The Maple for 3 years as we remodeled the building and started the Vacation rentals. We loved it there and only moved out because ... well ... they are so popular we decided to rent out our space as well. We chose Capitol Hill to live because, honestly, it's the best location in Seattle.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartments
Location to restaurants, shops, events, etc. is the absolute best at The Maple. Also we offer all the movie channels etc. if you just want to hang in the apartment for the day. Other benefits include, free washer and dryer on each floor with detergent, free Seattle coffee in the units, private front and back access to each unit, off street parking. We've had over 500 guests since we opened 2 years ago and the only complaints we've had are that we are booked the extra nights they wanted to stay.
