  We have owned a timeshare in Shipyard for 20 years but have outgrown the unit. We were looking for a place near ours for our adult children to continue to enjoy our family time together. Colonade #154 is not only very nice and convenient to the beach ,it has a great pool, plenty of parking, and a balcony that overlooks the fairway of the Galleon golf course. The unit is very clean and spacious, with all the amenities that one would expect in a first-class condo. The owners have gone out of their way to make a stay enjoyable, even providing maps and directions and pre-arranging for gate passes into Shipyard. Very responsive to all emails and requests. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  First of all, the service from the owner was excellent, great owner and takes a lot of pride in his villa. We found the villa to be very clean and have stayed in about all that Shipyard offers. The villa is very spacious, clean and has plenty of room for your family. The beach is a few minutes drive or we walked it in about 12 minutes. I would recommend this villa to anyone that is interested in the Shipyard area. Thanks again for letting us vacation in your home.

  This is our third consecutive year staying in your wonderful villa. We continue to love everything about your place including its great location, accessibility to the beach, parking availability, quiet setting, and wonderful view.   We really enjoyed spending the month of January in your condo. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped for our stay. May consider making this an annual event.

  We decided to make Hilton Head our annual Ladies-Only Getaway and plan to stay in your wonderful condo each year. Last year was our first time staying in your beautiful villa, and we returned again this year to spend a wonderful Memorial Day weekend here. Your place is absolutely the best! The rooms are comfortable, the view is spectacular, and the walk to the beach takes only ten enjoyable minutes. We really appreciated you helping us secure a weekend stay that fit into our busy schedules. We definitely plan to return to your lovely place each and every year. Thanks again for your hospitality.

  What a nice place to stay on Hilton Head Island. We are friends whose husbands do not care for the beach, so we decided to have a ladies only vacation. Your condo is clean and well-maintained and provided us ample space. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location as well as the short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us the priviledge of staying in your place.

  What a treat! Your home is very comfortable, neat, clean, and decorated tastefully. The location is perfect and i appreciated the personal touch of the family picture. God supplied the natural beauty of the area and combined with the lovely accommadations of your villa, made for a wonderful weekend get-a-way to celebrate Bob's 73rd birthday. We flew down from Raliegh on our own plane, so maybe again next year.
