The Moorings property is by far the best rental buy on Hilton Head. You will not find a less expensive rental property in a major resort development like Palmetto Dunes that is this close to the ocean. Our two bedroom, three bath townhouse is 50 yards to the beach, and overlooks the on site pool. The short distance to the beach enables you to come and go to the beach for soft drinks, snacks, meals, etc. The rental property is part of a small complex of townhouses that are located behind a guarded security gate. We've renovated the kitchen with tiled floor, Granite counter tops and tiled backdrop, new carpeting throughout, crown molding, 3 re-furbished bathrooms with new marble tops and regularly freshly painted Villa. The Villa is maintained very clean, fully furnished including three TVs, cable, DVD and VCR. New air conditioner was installed. The property is maintained by our private staff. A recent guest emailed upon arrival to say 'Perfect' and ''can I buy it'? You'll love it too! 2 hours free daily tennis.This Villa is truly 90 seconds from the Ocean, adjacent to a pool and adjacent to the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort. Tennis and two golf courses are 2 minute drives. A walking/biking/running trail is also seconds away. The location of this Villa makes it ideal to those with small children as you are closer to the Ocean than those who stay further away and have to drive, park and unload your car. Lunch at the Villa is a short 90 second walk away. Those who have conferences and meetings at the Marriott, love this fully furnished Villa as they can spread out and enjoy all the comforts of home, and only be a short walk away from the Marriott. You would be a two minute walk to your two hours of free tennis daily. If you try staying at this Villa, you are certain to want to return as have many of our current renter's.
Services and value: You will find me to provide timely and honest responses to your questions. You will not find a location so convenient to the Ocean, Tennis, Golf and a swimming pool with Restaurants and jogging/biking trail near by. Free Dunes Buggy shuttle to area locations. Most everyone who rents the Villa will always try to return because its that good a value. Why stay further away from the Ocean and drive to the Dunes Beach House parking area when you'll be staying closer than you will park?
Running/Biking/Walking Trails and water fun.: Within seconds of this Villa, is a Running/Biking/Walking trail that winds thru the Resort and connects to a long trail which takes you out adjacent to Highway 278. Island guests can enjoy over 45 miles of public pathways and nature trails. The white sandy beaches have hard packed sand that makes navigating a bike a breeze. Other interests may be kayaking, canoeing, sail boat para sailing, or deep sea or party boat fishing. For a relaxing approach, you may find that dolphin cruises, kids cruises, sunset dinner cruises, sailing cruises or even Savannah gambling cruises may be more in your vacation goals.
Golf: Golfers enjoy five Champion Courses within Palmetto Dunes resort. Arthur Hills has an impressive 4.5 rating while the other four are rated four stars. The resort at times has offered a multi round pass. Please check when making your first golf reservation and it must be paid for prior to your first round played.
Other Activities: Outlet shopping, Pier fishing, deep sea fishing, Dolphin watching, kayaking or canoeing in our 11 miles of lagoon.

- Three golf courses are located within minutes of this Villa. Two hours daily of free tennis is provided. Most of the year a free shuttle will take you anywhere in Palmetto Dunes including The Shelter Cove Mall, Shelter Cove Marina and Piggly Wiggly. Bike rentals are within a 4 minute walk. The Villa is behind a security entrance and we have a small safe for your valuables in each bedroom.
