Welcome to Cocoplum Condominiums! Our unit is located on the ground floor of this small, very quiet and private condominium complex set back from West Bay Rd. Our beautifully appointed (2) bedroom / (2) bath unit has all the amenities to make your vacation memorable. The condominium has been recently remodeled. The new kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and silverware. The living room has a large TV, DVD/VCR player and CD player - there is also a 32' LCD TV in the master bedroom. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit and extra linens and beach towels are provided.
Enjoy the view of the beach right from the dining room table or if you prefer, the patio which opens to the garden and pool are a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Spend relaxing days by the pool or beach and in the late afternoons you will enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Access to the property is easy, just a 15 minute trip from Robert Owens International airport and downtown Georgetown. Walking distance you will find Kirk's Supermarket, shops, day spa and many great restaurants. Mid-week full maid service includes changing all linens, towels, clean baths and kitchen, vacuum and mop floors.
If you enjoy snorkeling this is the place to be. The wreck of the Gamma is right off of our beach! Just a short swim to great snorkeling! Our beach is also a great place for shelling and enjoying the search for small marine critters that you can often find in tide pools nearby.

Our family loved every minute of our visit. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the grocery store and easy to catch a cab or take a bus to all of our scheduled activities - Dolphin Cove, Stingray City, Turtle Farm and Pampered Ponies. We also enjoyed the property and the beach! Snorkeling was awesome - we saw many colorful fish, stingrays and sea turtles right out the front door. Our girls enjoyed the sand - castles, burying themselves, swimming and hermit crabs. We would go back in a second and stay at Cocoplum and this unit! The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions prior to arrival and ensuring our stay would be great! Our favorite place to eat was Morgan's Harbour - near Dolphin Cove - otherwise everywhere we went was good.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I fell in love with Grand Cayman when we visited the island on a cruise in 1998. Friends of ours already owned property on the island and invited us to visit them in Spring of 1999. By the fall of that same year we had found our island home!!!....Cocoplum. It is our special place to relax, unwind and feel in touch with earth and nature.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach:
We found Cocoplum to be very unique, like no other complex on the island. It is very quaint and small with pretty grounds. Because the beach at Cocoplum is a private little cove it does not have a lot of traffic of people walking by and we fell in love with the rocks and tide pools that surround the cove. If we wanted a more open beach we just needed to walk a bit north along the beach and there you could enjoy a more expansive beach and lots of people!! - but we much preferred a quieter place for ourselves.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Some of the great benefits of Cocoplum are the privacy and tranquility that this small complex offers along with a spectacular view. At the same time you are so conveniently located to shops, grocery store and restaurants that you really do not need a car. Since our condo is located on the ground floor opening to the garden it does not give you the feeling that you are in an 'apartment' - it feels more like a small beach cottage. Our favorite time of the day is sitting by the shore and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
