Only 8 blocks to the famous John’s Pass area with all of it’s restaurants, amusements and shops. Bring the kids. There is a restaurant in the hotel across the street and many more in the area if you don’t feel like cooking.
After dinner, take your coffee to the bench in the common area by the inter coastal waterway and watch the boats go by.
Luxury by the beach. Everything in this house is brand new and the home is in excellent condition.
It has been completely remodeled.

My husband and I spent a week here and it was fabulous. It was within walking distance to about everything. The house was clean and big and the backyard was private. I would go back back there anytime I'm in Florida. If you want privacy and close to to everything I highly recommend this Beach House.

This was our third year coming back to this home.Rick Wyatt is a most gracious, and welcoming host. I feel so at home here now. I travel with my handicapped daughter, and found the house to be a safe, clean, and accesible place for us . Everything we needed was so handy! The beach area here has a paved promenade which is a great place for a stroll with a wheelchair. This area has endless actvities, and superb beaches, so you can do as little or as much as you chose. Many of them are within walking or biking distance. We love this place!!!

I love staying at the Wyatt Beach House. I can park my car and walk anywhere I want .To the beach, the intercoastal, shopping, resturants. I love the feeling of welcome you get in this neighborhood.There is even a boat launch a couple blocks up on the intercoastal.Everyone is on beach time and are so friendly.The house is exactly what I dream my own beach house would be.When I wanted to go to Passe a grille Beach I just hopped on the trolley. The sunsets were amazing.The house so comfortable.Decorated perfectly and everything you need is furnished.Even a cart to carry my beach bag,cooler and toys!We slept 6 very comfortable.Little amenities left by the owner like resturant menus He would recommend and shops to frequent took all the guess work out of the visit. I highly recommend the Wyatt Beach House, just don't go when I want too.Enjoy!

We would definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed! The location was great, and the home was very well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely. It was close to shopping, eating and entertainment. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area!

What a lovely cottage! This little beach house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you might need for a stay at the beach including beach towels, beach umbrellas and sand toys. The kitchen is furnished with tableware and utensils that are so much nicer than the usual rental house assortment that you really feel like a treasured house guest rather than a renter. In addition, the owner has coffee, juice, and champagne waiting for you on your arrival. My family and I cannot wait to return for a second visit. An unbelievable value for the money.
