One of the most convenient and beautiful locations in Park City, this roomy condo is high on a hillside among the Aspen trees on a private road. It is quiet, yet steps to the famous Park City Mountain Resort, major hiking and biking trails, and the exquisite Park City Golf Course. Whether you’re renting for skiing, snowboarding, golf or hiking, this beautiful condo has it all. Plus, it’s only 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport making Park City the easiest ski resort to access in the entire country.
If you want ski-in / ski- out, then Crescent Ridge is for you. Our unit is located less than 50 yards from the actual slopes of Park City. Imagine starting your day by simply skiing down to the lifts. Imagine coming back to your own cozy home for a hot lunch. Imagine skiing down after your last run and relaxing in the nearby hot tub and outdoor heated pool. There are no developments as convenient as Crescent Ridge and we are at the very end of our road, closest to mountain.
Park City Mountain Resort (see link below) offers 106 runs, over 3000 feet of vertical and 355 inches of average snowfall. An alpine coaster operates in the summer and winter. Ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and other activities are offered in and around Park City.
In the summer, we’re just a one-minute walk to the base of Spiro Trail, one of the primary access points to all of the area's hiking and biking. Crescent Ridge is also within walking distance of the Park City Golf Course. Park City is known for its mountain biking and its extensive trail system is known worldwide as some of the best riding around. Whether you prefer trail riding, paved paths, or taking your bike up the chairlift and riding down the ski runs, Crescent Ridge has something for you.
Crescent Ridge had been totally updated with a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, a beautiful living room with new furniture, and a modern dining room. There is a large deck with a gas grill that backs onto an Aspen grove with tons of privacy. We also offer a heated garage with an automatic garage door. There is plenty of indoor ski storage and lots of room to store equipment, coats, gloves, etc. We are the upper unit and there are only 2 condos in each building.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a large King bed, private bathroom and direct access to the deck. The family bedroom has a Queen bed and a bonus room/loft with a pull-out couch, a cot and a desk. This extra room is great for kids and can also be used as an office. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and there is a pull-out couch in the living room. There are 5 TVs with cable for your entertainment in addition to a 2 DVD players and one VCR.
Historic downtown Park City is about a 20 minute walk, but the award-winning free bus system has a stop very near the condo, making it even easier to get to shopping, restaurants, and Sundance events.
While you can ski out to Park City, there are many other great ski areas that are close by. Deer Valley and The Canyons are only minutes away, also via the free bus system. Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin Solitude and many others are an easy 50 minutes away. Cross-country skiing can be accessed right out your door.
Winters may bring you out to Park City, but summers and fall are what will make you stay. Take your choice of hiking or biking up the more than 300 miles of trails, or simply take a ski lift up to hike or bike (yes, the lifts also carry your bike up!). All three resorts have summer lift service. Seven high-class golf resorts are within a short drive. The Jordanelle Reservoir has boating, fishing, and water skiing. Fly fishing is big here. Add this to the huge amount of music and art events (almost every day) in the summer, and you have the perfect vacation. Park City’s award-winning restaurants are easier to get into and there are many travel deals to be had.

Perfect location for ski in/out. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this condo was everything that is advertised to be. We visited Park City for a long weekend guys ski trip and the location of this condo was perfect. It was easy to get to, private, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. Larry answered all my questions and provides a nice welcome document that gives you all the info you need to know before visiting Park City. We took advantage of the hot tub & heated pool each day after skiing which is just a short drive down the road. The taxi service is great in Park City, we used it each night we went to town, it's cheap and they were ready to pick us up w/in minutes each time we called. We also used the ski valet service that Larry recommended which was great as well. You can't beat a great set of demo skis for $33/day and they deliver it right to the condo, they were very nice to deal with. I would recommend this condo whether it's a family trip or guys/gals trips.
Owner response:Thanks for the thoughts - this is our second home, not just a vacation rental
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Dealing with the owners was a good experience. The condo was well stocked with spices, mustard, mayo, etc. Plenty of cooking pots, pans, spoons etc. The condo was dirty upon arrival, hadn't been swept or vacuumed. Several lights were out or just not working. The condo description was very accurate except for the short walk to the nearest bus stop, more like a half mile walk. And in winter time it is a 40 minute walk( and I do like to walk a lot) to Old Town Park City Condo is kind of chopped up and where you have to walk down several steps(4 or 5) to get to two of the three baths.
Owner response:Sorry about that, we pride ourselves on having a clearn condo for all guests. The condo should have been perfect when you arrived but you were the first guests of the season and we had a mix-up with our cleaning folks regarding the schedule.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had two families of 4 and we all had plenty of space in the condo. The extra roll-away cot came in handy. We loved the gas fireplace and the bar seating at the kitchen counter for the kids. Ski storage downstairs by the garage was greate, as was the building foyer for changing boots. The best was the location. It truly is as close as described. It was close enough for the 9 - 13 year old kids to carry their skis to the slopes by themselves. Skiing in can be tricky as the slope by the condo is often used as a race training run, but we just timed our returns accordingly. Although the hot tub was a short drive down the road, it was worth it. The family enjoyed it. It was never crowded. The large heated pool was fun, too. Booking with Larry was very easy and he was responsive through the whole process.
Owner response:Thanks for the review, hope to see you back next year.
