LIVING ROOM- Large ample living room with classic wooden floors. Large Leather couches and Fireplace, cable TV, CD and DVD/FM audio player and a well stocked library of books, periodicals and games, COMPLIMENTARY WIFI...
DINING ROOM - Café dining for 6. There's an additional dining table and chairs outside on the Garden Patio through French Doors.
KITCHEN - New remodeled Kitchen, countertops freshly tiled in tuscan tumbled tile, chopping block, extra large refrigerator with purified water maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all necessary utensils, to cook and serve a feast.
FULL BATHROOM- Recently remodeled and newly tiled full bath with tub off the Kitchen.
GARDEN PATIO - Through the French Doors right off the Living Room, enjoy a full gas BBQ Grill and outside dining and seating for your luau!

My husband and two kids stayed at the Windandsea for a week in March 2013. What a lovely experience! The house is roomy, clean and had all the comforts of home. Joe and Kim - the Owners - did all they could to welcome us, be helpful and not hover around. They are easy going and kind and I would highly recommend this house to famlies. They even loaded us mustard for our hot dogs. We will be back again and I encourage you to check this place out. We had a terrific week...lots to do in an Diego. We couldn't get it all in so fortunately we will be back sometime in the not so distant future. We enjoyed the cozy beach house and the short walk to one of the coolest beaches. Our son loved to run in and out of the surf as it crashed against the rocks. Every day he wanted to run in the puddles. Your house was set up perfect for our family well stocked kitchen so we could do a lot of cooking and grilling right here. It was a pleasure staying here! Thank you so much for opening your house to us. The loaction of the house was unbeatable! Being so close to the beach and shops.
