DINING ROOM - Café dining for 6. There's an additional dining table and chairs outside on the Garden Patio.
KITCHEN - New remodeled Kitchen, countertops freshly tiled in tuscan tumbled tile, chopping block, extra large refrigerator with purified water maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all necessary utensils, to cook and serve a feast.
FULL BATHROOM- Recently remodeled and newly tiled full bath with tub off the Living Room.
GARDEN PATIO - right off the Living Room, enjoy a full gas BBQ Grill and outside dining and seating for your luau!
LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and gas dryer, ironing board, steam iron, extra storage, beach supplies - boogie boards, snorkeling gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, even pails/shovels for the kids.
PRIVATE OFFSTREET PARKING Space - DON'T RENT NEAR THE BEACH WITHOUT PARKING! Here You'll have your own private parking with Easy alley access.
OUTDOOR SHOWER - a solar heated outdoor shower with privacy shower curtain, it's fun to shower off the sand and salt after a great day at the beach!

MASTER BEDROOM - Large sunny room surrounded by windows offering sea breezes and light,with high wooden beam ceiling. Queen bed, clean high quality linens,blankets and comforter. Plenty of storage for clothes in an oversized teak dresser, closet. Cable TV and DVD player in room. High count linens, pillows and blankets provided.
SECOND BEDROOM- big bright bedroom with high ceilings offering Two Queen beds, all linens and bedding, closet and dresser.
2nd BATHROOM - Remodeled in Beach Craftsman style, towels, hair dryer. Over sized Towels provided. Large Shower stall.
