This spacious villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Our villa has been updated with new carpet, wireless and broadband internet, freshly painted bathrooms and vanity area as well as a new plasma TV. It also features two master suites, each with 2 queen-size beds. Each suite has a full bath with a separate vanity and dressing area. The full kitchen includes a washer & dryer and a delightful breakfast bar. The dining area features a comfortable dining table with seating for 6, a bay window, and opens into a welcoming sitting area with a vaulted ceiling. The sitting area has a 3-piece seating group, an entertainment armoire and a slider door to a scenic covered porch. Since our villa is located on the second floor of Centre Court, your balcony overlooks the lagoon. Come enjoy the picturesque view from your balcony as you savor your morning coffee.
Centre Court is conveniently located and features a swimming pool and conference center. The beautiful beach is only five minutes from the villa! You can walk across the bridge located directly behind Centre Court to the General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and Bike and Canoe Rentals. You can also rent a canoe or kayak and float down the 11-mile canal. These amenities are a three-minute walk from our villa!
Take an evening stroll along the beach or through Fazio Golf Course. Bring your own bike or rent one on the island. There are miles and miles of bike trails or bike along the beach.
Golfers can walk to Fazio Golf Course or test your skills at one of the many other golf courses on the island. Tennis enthusiasts can walk to Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, which features a variety of programs for all skill levels. They offer 23 clay and 2 hard courts, 8 of which are lighted. There are Daily Round Robin Tournaments as well as instructional programs.

Year Purchased: 2007
Our family lives in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania but we love the beach. We have visited many beaches over the years but found Hilton Head to be our home away from home.
Why the Owner Chose Centre Court
Hilton Head has so much to offer! There are hundreds of restaurants, unique shopping, one of the top rated tennis facilities in the U.S., miles of bike trails, and beautiful golf courses. Our children love to be outside where they can bike, golf, play tennis or football on the beach year round.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Our property is perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes. We are only a short walk from the beach, Alexander's Restaurant, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and Fazio Golf Course. Our children enjoy walking over the bridge behind Centre Court and visiting the General Store. We also have a beautiful view of the lagoon.
