Walk from our condo to get your post ride beer.

Top floor condo on Main street right across the street from the Gondola. Ski in/Gondola in or out. Walk 1/2 block to the gondola. Ski all the way back on the Skyway Skiway and then you're a short walk across the parking lot to our condo. Otherwise just take the Gondola back from peak 8 and walk the 2 minutes to the condo.
It really is one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Just read our guest book list.
Great views from the unit of the ski area and Main street.
Wake up and watch the sun rise on Peak 8 from your bed.
Eat breakfast, drink your coffee, and when you look out the window and see the gondola moving, get your gear and take the 2 minute walk. If you're into skiing like I am, it just doesn't get better.

Studio with Queen bed and pull out sofa queen sleeper - good for kids. Large LCD TV with surround sound stereo to keep you occupied when you're not outside. WIFI-Internet.
Bathroom has a large shower. Full kitchen. Microwave, stove, coffee maker.

Locals favorite breakfast place Daylight Donuts & reputed Blue River Bistro across the street!
Walk to all the shopping and dining from out the door. You won't need your car.

Note: NO Phone and no washer/dryer available. There is great cell phone service however.

  • GREAT, GREAT, GREAT location. If you are looking to ski/eat/sleep the Breckenridge, CA area, this is the best location for you. Walk to gondola, walk to shop, walk to eat, walk to drink. Clean unit, great TV, high speed internet, very nice shower. I hope to return again this winter!

  • Great place! The best part by far is the location, you can walk everywhere in Breckenridge including a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. I would definitely stay here again.
