Top floor condo on Main street right across the street from the Gondola. The 1/2 block walk to the gondola takes about 2 minutes. Ski all the way back on the Skyway Skiway and then you're a short walk across the parking lot to our condo. This is actually less of a walk then some of the ski in/ski out units by peak 9. Also, the free summit stage bus leaves to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin from right across the street at the Transit center. It just isn't more convenient!
It really is one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Just read our guest book list.
You really don't need your car once you arrive. But in case you brought your car we have our own private parking lot with a spot for your car included.
Great views from the unit of the ski area and Main street.
Wake up and watch the sun rise on Peak 8 from your bed.
Eat breakfast, drink your coffee, and when you look out the window and see the gondola moving, get your gear and take the 2 minute walk. If you're into skiing like I am, it just doesn't get better.
Studio with Queen bed and pull out sofa queen sleeper - good for kids. Large LCD TV with surround sound stereo to keep you occupied when you're not outside. WIFI-Internet. Excellent cell phone coverage.
Bathroom has a large shower. Full kitchen. Microwave, stove, coffee maker.
Locals favorite breakfast place Daylight Donuts & reputed Blue River Bistro across the street!
Walk to all the shopping and dining from out the door. You won't need your car.
Don't have bikes or skis - no worries - there are at least 4 rental shops within a block of our place.

Why the Owner Chose Edelweiss
We are active skiers, road and mountain bikers, and outdoor people. This is just the best location for both Downhill skiing along with XC skiing and mountain biking. To top it off there are many great restaurants and shopping right out the door.

This was our 1st time in Breck and this studio condo was perfect! Just enough space for my husband and I, beautiful view, walking distance to everything, and had a fantastic coffee shop right across the street to get breakfast before hitting the slopes. We will deff. be returning to Breck and if dates allow would love to stay here again. We also highly recommend to friends, family, and anyone else considering!

The studio condo served its purpose beyond all expectations. The location was unbeatable. So close to the Breck-Connect that is was amazing. The walk to the gondola from the front door was literally about a 3 minute walk. It was also so close to great restaurants that other than needing a car for transportation to and from Denver a car is not necessary. Property was well maintained, owner very accessible with all transactions and would recommend this property to others as a great place to vacation. Great experience!!

What a great place, great value; right on Main Street, near to everything in town. Only 79, yes, 79 steps to the Gondola which takes you directly up to Peak 7 and Peak 8. Look out the window and you can check out the mountain weather. Very comfortable and clean. Will stay again next month.

Great condo for a single,couple or small family.The one room with an ensuite is exactly like photos.A devine view to wake up with & right in the middle of all the action.Gondolas diagonally across the road to the right & left takes one brousing for hours. High Street is quirky, with a wide range of shops & galleries with Festival Markets.The streets one back offer another historical view of this area with interesting ,compact museums. I loved Breckenridge in Summer & looking forward to seeing a Winter. As a solo traveller I'd book this cosy condo again.

I was extremely excited to have my parents so close to me and when we got to the condo, there was laundry in the baskets that was obviously not clean and we had to make up their bed ourselves. I am extremely disappointed with what my father and step-mother had to deal with. we did have an amazing location, but when the owners do not respond to phone calls while people are in your residence, that is unacceptable. I will not ever plan on using this condo again or recommending this property to anyone I know.
Owner response:I do agree that the unit wasn't cleaned prior to your arrival. I understand your concern with this. This was an oversight on my part which I could have quickly remedied if I was notified. Contrary to the review, nobody called me on my various numbers listed. Nor did I receive and email. The first I heard of this was over a week past the completion of the stay, the same day that this review was posted. I would like to reiterate that I provide a very clean condo that has modern furnishings, this just happened to be a case where I had an oversight with notifying my cleaner and I would have quickly fixed the situation if I was notified.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT location. If you are looking to ski/eat/sleep the Breckenridge, CA area, this is the best location for you. Walk to gondola, walk to shop, walk to eat, walk to drink. Clean unit, great TV, high speed internet, very nice shower. I hope to return again this winter!

Great place! The best part by far is the location, you can walk everywhere in Breckenridge including a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. I would definitely stay here again.
