You can walk from the house to Lobsterville Sound Beach or drive a mile or so to the beautiful town ocean beach or quiet and serene Menemsha Pond beach. If you wish you can rent kayaks and leave them at nearby Menemsha Pond Beach and have access to four great ponds.

Year Purchased: 1991
I am a year round resident of Martha's Vineyard with the exception of the rental season. I'm able to enjoy the beauty and solitude that this island and specifically this home offers. It is a place to play and a place to retreat, a place for family and an individual. As it is my full time home it is cared for in a manner that expresses an elegant, casual simplicity. There is lots of light, cozy spaces, and panoramic decks with water views.

This well cared for home is a lovely place for year round living. There is great solitude, serenity, beauty, and the ability to access all summer and year round activities. It is lovely for a playful vacation or a romantic retreat.
