Seabreeze is located in the complex of Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. Staying on the third floor of the desirable "B" building, you will be close to the pool and have a great view of the ocean from the balcony. An elevator is available in the building if needed.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and in an adjacent area there are two built-in bunk beds for the children. The living has a new queen size pull out sofa. The villa can comfortably accomodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) We do have a pull out sofa which could be used for additional sleeping if needed.
The villa has been completly renovated with all new furniture, appliances, flooring, linens and towels. Flat screen television in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, CD, and VCR are in the villa when you are not out enjoying all the island has to offer.
Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort boasts an outstanding, family-friendly complex with something for every vacationer. With the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, ten lighted tennis courses, and access to some of the finest golf courses in the world, you're sure to find a host of activities to keep you happy. During the summer, the resort has a very well planned daily ativity program for the children.

Here's a summary of what you wil find for your stay:
BEDROOM: Newly painted bedroom, brand new queen size bed with all new luxury linens. Flat screen television mounted to the wall on a swivel for easy viewing. You can also swivel the television to view from the bunks. Bamboo floors, full length mirror, and other luxury amenities.
BUNK BEDS for the children: Always a hit!
BATHROOM: Completely redone with fresh paint, tub/shower upgraded with hand held massage shower head. Beautiful tall storage shelf for towels and your personal items. White finishes and brushed nickel fixtures complete the updated bath.
KITCHEN AREA: Fantastic new kitchen with all new stainless full size appliances. Granite countertops and glass tile backsplash complete the updated finishes. Bamboo floors and sisal rugs add a contempory feel. The kitchen is equipped with all new dishes, cookware, utentsils and small appliances.
LIVING AND DINING AREA: Here you will find a fantastic built in banquette, wonderful pillows and comfortable seating. A 37" flat screen television, DVD, and VHS provide a great place to watch that favorite movie. We have a library of children's videos available for you to enjoy as well. You will find a desk area with high speed internet access as well.
WASHER and DRYER: The washer/dryer room is located on the second floor in our building.
BALCONY: Two very comfortable chairs along with a small bistro table provide additional space to enjoy a meal or just sit back and enoy the view.
STORAGE ROOM: We rent a small locked storage room close to our villa, just down the hall, and provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the children. This is a great area to store your suitcases during your stay as well. Keys to storage are provided in the villa.

Very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a small family. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. Jim called to check on us and to make sure everything was ok. We have no complaints and would recommend the villa to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay here! Weather was great. We even got to see a major thunderstorm off the coast at night which is something I’ve always wanter to see. What a great location, right off the beach! We enjoyed the ocean while we were eating breakfast on the balcony. Very nicely decorated and modern villa, we can tell you have invested well in the property. My wife especially loved it here – that says a lot!

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for three weeks in March. One always hopes the pictures demonstrate the quality and cleanliness of the Villa. We were pleasantly surprised that the Villa was exactly like the pictures, and even surpassed the images in many ways. It had modern appliances and kitchen. It was very well appointed and professionally decorated. It felt like a home. Part of our positive experience comes from Jim and Marlene who are customer driven, hands-on owners. They care about their property and their guest’s comfort. This Villa is one of the best within the Beach and Tennis Resort. We have already booked our return visit for 2012!

My wife and I took our two year anniversary here and it was a great place to get away from it all. The condo was clean, neat and close to the beach! The owners were very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Thank you very much for making our trip fantastic. The villa is both beautiful and comfortable. We really needed to escape from our crazy lives and we are glad to have received the dose of relaxation that Hilton Head has provided. We ate at great restaurants, rode bikes on the beach, climbed to the top of the lighthouse... and witnessed a couple of absolutely beautiful sunrises. We'll be back soon!
