We had a perfect stay with no issues. Love the location! Beach was a hop skip and jump away. Townhome was very comfortable and the price can not be beat! We will be back for sure!! Really enjoyed the place. Made me feel like I was at home. Great location and view of the water. Wish i could stay for longer. It was a pleasure working with the owner and I will definitely return again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really loved our stay in PCB, and my children loved all the owners extras such as sand pails, hot tub, floats,t.v.s in all the major rooms, and we as the adults really loved the location which was close to all the good restaurants and major attractions. For the price you could not get any better than this and I personally have rented many many times from VRBO and can honestly say that Dan has been by far the most professional owner we have ever dealt with...Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nice place. Great location - lots to do nearby & short drive to attractions & eating. Beach acess is right across road one block walk. Owner is very accomadating & easy to work with. He let us check in early because my little dog got sick. Great rates too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners.

Great location ,great price ,very clean and well furnished. You won`t find a better place to stay in Panama City Beach for the price !!! The owner is very nice and communication was great. You just can`t go wrong here. Me and my wife will try to rent this one again next year if it`s available . Originally had plans to stay 3 months at Panama City Beach but ended up staying 6 months. 4 Months at this location and 2 months the owner provided for us for the same price even during Spring break. Nice big balcony where you can watch the ocean. Owner would stop by from time to time to ensure everything was in order. Pick his brain while you are there, he has a wealth of information about the area. All you need to do is unpack your bags and get ready for a great time. Can't wait to get back down there.
