Great location ,great price ,very clean and well furnished. You won`t find a better place to stay in Panama City Beach for the price !!! The owner is very nice and communication was great. You just can`t go wrong here. Me and my wife will try to rent this one again next year if it`s available . Hope this helps.

Originally had plans to stay 3 months at Panama City Beach but ended up staying 6 months. 4 Months at this location and 2 months the owner provided for us for the same price even during Spring break. Nice big balcony where you can watch the ocean. Owner would stop by from time to time to ensure everything was in order. Pick his brain while you are there, he has a wealth of information about the area. All you need to do is unpack your bags and get ready for a great time. Can't wait to get back down there. Thanks!!!!!!!
