The SPECTACULAR, Grand Panama Beach Resort was built in 2007. This, the newest luxury resort on Panama City Beach features striking architecture, luxurious accommodations, a full service spa and weight room, fabulous swimming pools, beautifully landscaped gardens and fountains and of course, the world famous sugar white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Located in Tower II, this well-furnished Caribbean style 3 bedroom/3 bath with bunk alcove area has just had new flooring installed and looks fantastic!! It is a corner unit with lots of windows and gorgeous views of the beach. You will truly enjoy this upscale resort and all its amenities. Our unit is almost brand new and I am sure you and your family will truly enjoy your stay there! The weight room, pool and Jacuzzi are just 2 floors below us and, just down the outside corridor from our unit, is a wonderful patio for dining or visiting with family and friends as well as enjoying the beautiful view!
The unit is furnished with flat screen TV's and DVD's in all bedrooms and a large flat screen TV/DVD and stereo system in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, or enjoy one of the many restaurants on the property or nearby. This corner unit offers beautiful views of the beach from the balcony, dining room and bedrooms. In the evening you can see not only beautiful sunsets, but also the stunning lights of the nightlife in Panama City.
The beach is beautiful and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. The Resort offers seasonal beach service and full service Tiki bars on the pool decks.

God Bless America! What a fabulous 4th of July!! The location of the condo is perfect-close enough, yet, not in the middle of the crowds by Pineapple Willie's. The actual unit was a perfect set-up! The decor was simple, yet elegant & thank God it wasn't the "beachy mauve's"! Loved not having to keep up with keys!! The property was great! Loved the grilling area around the pools. Watched the sunset from the common area patio. Elevators were quick to respond-property security was always visible couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week with friends & family. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at your condo. The only thing wrong was that our vacation was too short. Your condo is beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family and friends. Having 3 bedrooms + a bunk area was wonderful. I loved being in an end unit and having windows and views out the side and from both ends. The pool in Tower II was so convenient and quiet. We had it to ourselves a lot of the time. The beachside pool was beautiful and had more action, so the teens liked it best. I hope to be back again next summer, if not before. With the new Grand Panama Water Park in the works this fall, next year should be a blast!

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay! It truly was a home away from home. All the decorations are so cute, and it is super clean and fresh. There was so much space for everyone to spread out and get comfy. The beaches were beautiful and easy to access. We miss it already and would love to stay here again!

We had a very relaxing time. You have a beautiful place. We loved the view, the big patio (just outside your door), and that we were so close to the pool over the car deck. I would definately refer your condo or use it again the next time we go to Panama City Beach.
