The light and bright two bedroom, two bath cottage is a tropical paradise. With beautiful bamboo floors, Tommy Bahama furniture, and granite counter tops - you will think you walked into a home right out of "Designer Homes." The roomy living room has a FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD, comfy couch, 2 new rattan chairs. Each room is light and bright and always sparkling clean. And CENTRAL AIR keeps you cool and comfortable.
Adjacent to the living room is the great big eat in kitchen with a gorgeous palm carved dining room table with room for 6. People always end up in the kitchen - and in this kitchen it is because you just won't want to leave! New windows have been installed in the kitchen/dining area (east side)lettting in the morning light and the views of bright green palms and banana trees. Custom bead board wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, top of the line Maytag stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door are just the beginning. Incredible dishes, wine glasses, all the pots and pans you need, coffee maker, blender, toaster and MORE will allow you to go gourmet or order in with style!
The master bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with new comforter. The big closet is mirrored. A dresser has been added to match the night stand to give you a great place to put your clothes. Right next to the master is a bathroom with big shower, and the cutest bamboo faucet. A stack Maytag WASHER AND DRYER - top of the line. White cotton towels are provided. And of course our sheets are only of the highest quality.
The second bedroom also has a QUEEN bed, rattan dresser & mirror and a full bathroom right next to it and a new wood look floor has replaced the carpeting. A second TV and VCR have been added. The second bath has a tiled tub for those of you who love to soak.
There is also an Aero queen blow-up bed for little ones for extra sleeping area. This set up makes the perfect place for two couples, guests who come over, or a family. Also a foldup crib has been added for the littlest one.
Our back yard is completely surrounded by potted hibiscus, traveler palms, and areccas. There is a table for 6 with a big umbrella perfect for outdoor meals. There is also one section where a lounge chair is set up for sunning. A new gas grill has been added.
Our home is beautiful and we would love for you to make a few happy memories of your own here!
PETS MAY be allowed. An nonrefundable pet fee applies depending on size, breed $25-$50 + will be charged. Our home is ALWAYS SPARKLING CLEAN!
OUR HOME IS NO SMOKING. We are serious about this rule. If smoking occurs outside, then cigarette butts must be picked up and placed in a water filled container to make sure they are extinguished, then placed in outside garbage. THANK YOU.
The GATED COMMUNITY we own in is AWESOME & a very friendly place to stay & enjoy. Olympic sized heated swimming pool plus kiddie pool. We have a marina for gas and you can put in for no charge. Our gas prices (no ethanol at this time) for your boat are the least expensive in the Keys. We have a store on-site at the marina for necessities like milk and eggs open 7 a.m. till 5:30 daily. We have WI-FI at the RecHall, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, kiddie playground, boccie ball court, lending library, ping pong tables, open water tiki picnic area, and even a doggie walk at our fence line! What more could you ask for!!??

Here is a review we got from the Dunns who stayed for 3 weeks in January, '09. We had a wonderful time, although the weather was not as nice as we would have preferred. We did not get to use the pool as often as we wanted, since it was too cool. But we enjoyed the community get togethers such as TGIF, movies, exercise, and games. Meeting the people from all over the country was great. Hope to do it next year!
