For a TROPICAL VACATION come to our beautiful designer furnished home/mobile home #144 at Venture Out Resort (A 24-hour gated community)on Cudjoe Key, MM23. Rated one of the nicest 2BD/2BA NON-waterfront homes. The light and bright two bedroom, two bath home is a tropical paradise. With beautiful bamboo floors, Tommy Bahama furniture, and large eat-in kitchen/dining room with granite counter tops. The roomy living room has a FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD, comfy couch, 1 rattan chairs, two recliners. Each room is light and bright and always sparkling clean. And CENTRAL AIR keeps you cool and comfortable.
Adjacent to the living room is the great big eat in kitchen with a gorgeous palm carved dining room table with room for 6. People always end up in the kitchen - and in this kitchen it is because you just won't want to leave! Lots of windows to let in the morning light and the views of bright green palms and banana trees. Custom bead board wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, top of the line Maytag stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door are just the beginning. Place settings, wine glasses, all the pots and pans you need, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot and more.
The master bedroom has a QUEEN size bed. The big closet is mirrored. A dresser and night stand to give you a great place to put your clothes. Right next to the master bedroom is a bathroom with large walk-in shower. There is also a stack Maytag WASHER AND DRYER in the closet. White cotton towels and pool towels are provided. Sheets w/extras are provided for all beds.
The second bedroom also has a QUEEN bed, rattan dresser & mirror, TV/VCR with a full bathroom right next to it and a new wood look floor has replaced the carpeting. The second bath has a tiled tub for those of you who love to soak.
There are TWO twin air mattress's (electric pump) for extra sleeping. This set up makes the perfect place for two couples, guests who come over, or a family.
Our back yard is completely surrounded by potted hibiscus, traveler palms, and areccas. There is a table for 6 perfect for outdoor meals using the propane gas grill.

PETS MAY be allowed. An nonrefundable pet fee applies depending on size, breed $50-$100 + will be charged. Our home is ALWAYS SPARKLING CLEAN!
OUR HOME IS NO SMOKING. We are serious about this rule. If smoking occurs outside, then cigarette butts must be picked up and placed in a water filled container to make sure they are extinguished, then placed in outside garbage. THANK YOU.
The GATED COMMUNITY we own in is AWESOME & a very friendly place to stay & enjoy. Olympic sized heated swimming pool plus kiddie pool. We have a marina for gas and you can put in for no charge. We have a store on-site at the marina for necessities like milk and eggs, beer/wine, etc. open 7 a.m. till 5:30 daily. We have WI-FI at the RecHall, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, kiddie playground, boccie ball court, horse shoes, lending library, ping pong tables, open water tiki picnic area, and even a doggie walk at our fence line! What more could you ask for!!??

- Oceanfront : The resort is on the oceanside of US 1, however our home is not waterfront, but surrounded by homes that are.
- Water View : This unit is NOT on the water, but the homes across from it are on boating canal that lead out to the ocean &/or Gulf.

- Cell Phone : Cell phones work best outside on the deck.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : Works in the home sometimes, otherwise the Rec Hall has the WiFi and also a hardwire connection for your laptop.

My husband and I wanted to get away from the Miami noise as well as take my mother and father to a relaxing place who came to visit us from Las Vegas Nevada and of course we did not want to leave our pug behind so we decided to rent this place from april 28, 2011 for 4 days. It was the best, just like the pictures, i was amazed how it provided everything from the grill to the pool towels unlimited amounts! I recommend this place the community residents as well as the employees were very nice. I will definetely make this place the number one choice when staying in the Keys. Beautiful home! The bed was very comfortable. The home was spotless and comes equipped with all of the necessities. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here, and hope to do so again in the future. We recommend this home to anyone looking to get away for a bit and enjoy the peace and quiet of a secure community. The resort itself is very quiet and peaceful. We loved the heated pool with an ocean view. Sadly the jacuzzi was being rebuilt during our stay, but no other complaints at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean and Welcoming, June 8, 2010 By Turtle (South Carolina, USA) There was plenty of room for the six of us. We bought fish at the nearby fish market, grilled outside, and ate at the large dining room table. It was close to diving/snorkeling Looe Key.

My family all five of us and our German Shephard loved are stay. The home was beautiful and clean and had everything and more we needed. The pictures of the home can't compare to the wonderful home and condition and the great atmosphere of the home. The home is in a great community and secure. The pool was warm clean and so much fun. My children are all teens and they enjoyed the basketball courts and riding bikes. The area is a beautiful as well and quiet and laid back just what you want when you want to get away. Can not say enough great things about the home and resort all I can say is we would go back any time and we are all thankful to have had such a wonderful stay.

Here is a review we got from the Dunns who stayed for 3 weeks in January, '09. We had a wonderful time, although the weather was not as nice as we would have preferred. We did not get to use the pool as often as we wanted, since it was too cool. But we enjoyed the community get togethers such as TGIF, movies, exercise, and games. Meeting the people from all over the country was great. Hope to do it next year!

This vacation was one of my favorites because of this great place to stay. We had every single thing that we needed. Every time I looked for something I needed, it was there. The beds were very comfortable. The home was extremely beautiful and very clean. My son had a great time from the pool, to the ocean, to the jacuzzi, to the ping pong and pool tables and I got to finish my novel by the pool. It was perfect. Thank you.
