Located in Treasure Island, our suite has a great,5th floor direct view of the beach, the water and the spectacular sunsets! This condo is fully equipped with Tommy Bahama style furnishings, granite counters, high-speed internet, cable/3TVs,DVD's, washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board.Towels and linens are provided for your conveinience.The kitchen comes ecquipped with all the appliances and utensils needed.
Our Condo on the 5th floor can comfortably sleep up to six people. The balcony has an unabstructed view of pool area, the beach and the sunset in the evening.There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, two baths and an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room.There are new (Oct.2010), flat screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom. There is a 3rd television in the 2nd bedroom for your viewing pleasure. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and provide two outdoor pools (one kiddie), 2 spas, a tiki bar, a casual restaurant, an exercise room, a business center and assigned parking under the building. You'll be just minutes from St John's Passe where you can dine, shop or enjoy water sports and fishing.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
I bought this vacation rental because of its great location on the beach and being up on the 5th floor. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The Condo is new and appointed with Tommy Bahamma furnishings which gives us the feel that we are here in Florida on The Beach !! Ah I Love The Beach !!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying with us @ Sunset Vistas you will enjoy assigned underground parking with easy access to the elevator. There are 2 pools and hot tubs (one kiddie). There is a fresh food restaurant plus a Tiki Bar right on the Beach. You are so close to John's Pass that you could walk there if you choose. There is a real workout room for those of us who enjoy a good workout. The staff is very friendly and I like that. I have guests coming back year after year. I like that too.

We are very proud to call our 2nd vacation home Sunset Vistas. Our family is from Buffalo New York where it gets cold some times in the Winter. Our family vacationed many times here in Treasure Island when our children were growing up. We often combined our trip to the Beach with a trip to Disney World. The kids loved both places very much. My wife and I love the beach and try to getaway here as much as time permits. I invite you to spend a week or two at our home away from home. I have many returning guests now year after year. I offer very friendly service. I own two other properties on the Beach and advertise them here too. I offer discounted rates since I like to sell out fast. So I hope you will see that this is a real value and come back and visit us again and again.

We vacationed at this lovely resort in January 2008. It was very well maintained and was served by a professional staff. We had one minor problem which was attended to very promptly. The grounds were well kept, and the pool was sparkling. It was a good location as John's Pass was just over the bridge, and it was convenient for exploring Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Caladesi Island and St. Petersburg. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the owner was super to deal with. Enjoy!

Have stayed several times the past 5 years at this resort but I must say this last stay was the most satifying and enjoyable. Very comfortable accomodations with a newspaper at your door every day,free in room WiFi, large flatscreen HD tv and tvs in both bedrooms, balcony facing the white sandy beach of the gulf. Having our parking place right next to the elevator was very convienent. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and very well kept. And I must say the owner and hotel staff were very accommodating along with the cleaning staff. The pool was clean although we are beach people. We enjoy staying at this resort so much that we are planning our daughters wedding here in October 2012 which I'm sure will be a most memorable and enjoyable event. Will be returning again in June for another relaxing holiday, Would highly recommend this resort for a family vacation or just a relaxing get a way. Thanks Patrick for being special and the use of your condo.

I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had at your condo. Everything was just as described, only better! We had wonderful weather, the beach was gorgeous, the pool was heaven and the people were great! Thank-you again for sharing your home with us and if we are ever back in the area we would love to stay there again!! P.S. We saw the dolphins swimming by each morning, that was a real highlight!!

Wow! What a perfect birthday weekend! From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. The owner is a perfect gentleman and a pleasure to work with. The folks at the front desk were a delight and upon checking into our room, we received a call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! They even brought up some extra towels. The condo itself was very clean, updated, and the beds extremely comfortable. The parking was exceedingly convienent allowing you to park, step on the elevator, and off of the elevator right at the condo door! The pool area was clean and we enjoyed the company of the bartender and security guard of the resort. There was plenty to go and see in the area and we found several great places to eat. (We were not impressed with the cafe.) We will certainly be back again!

We had a nice week at this resort. It was alittle cramp for two adults and two teenagers but overall we had a great time. The balcony was very nice, the pool was great and the hot tub was HOT which we loved so much. The gulf was beautiful as usual. We enjoyed John's pass and having our coffee in the am on the balcony. We did hear this scraping noise every morning around 8am and through out the day not sure if it was people above us or what the noise was (possibly people out on their balconies moving the patio chairs) at times it did get annoying but still not exactly sure where it was coming from? They do need to get some new pots & pans had no lids for the pans and the coffee pot was terrible always spilled your coffee when pouring it. We did have to mention to the lady at the front desk that when we arrived the counter was all sticky and the coffee pot was not cleaned. Could be cleaned better but overall not bad for the price we paid. We didn't stay in the resort much anyways it was too beautiful outside!! It was a plus having the garage to park our car in and very close to the elevator. The last day at the resort while swimming in the gulf we saw a pair of dolphins swimming. It was wonderful!!

We loved staying at this condo in Treasure Island. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beautiful beach and the pool were steps away ... it was so convenient. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to getting away and enjoying a beach vacation. I can't wait to go back!

Our family really enjoyed this lovely condo! The covered parking couldn't be closer to the elevator...step off and you're at the condo door! Fifth floor, great ocean view, great staff and easy walk to the ocean, pool and hot tub. The pics are exactly as you will find. Large balcony, CLEAN, quiet, all kitchen necessities and near all the action. Quick drive to Bubba Gump Shrimp, shopping, easy to get to all St. Pete-Tampa attractions. The beach is AWESOME-great for long walks, shell hunting, and very wide. It was too cold to swim in the ocean but the ocean water was beautiful and looked very calm. Even though it was cooler than usual weather, the pool and hot tub were comfortable :) We had a terrific stay~Thanks Patrick!!!

Very nice condo. Good view of the beach and adult pool area. We could not see the sunset from the balcony though. It always set behind the building next door. Maybe it sets differently during other times of the year? Condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff at front desk was very nice and accomodating. Security in building was great, patrolling the condo building at all hours. Only one parking space provided per condo and we had 2 cars and guest spots could not not be reserved if we moved our car. Complex only has 4 guest parking spaces or you have to park on the road along the side of the building. We wound up using only one car while we were there and left the other car parked in one of the guest spaces. Condo is a 2 minute drive to John's Pass. We cooked at the condo every night. Kitchen is well equipted. The only real problem we had was that there was no tv in the second bedroom. There is space for an tv in the second bedroom on the dresser and a cable outlet in the room as well. Just a suggestion. Thank you so much for renting to us. We had a great vaction. I will defintely keep Sunset Vistas in mind for future vacations. Thanks!
