At night you'll listen to the fog horns lonely call through the dark - watch the glistening lights of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel like pearls laid across black velvet. Awaken to the gulls on the bay - have your morning coffee watching the sunrise out of the water. Step out the front door and take a long stroll on the beach. All the comforts of home in a truly relaxing vacation setting. The normal tourist attractions, up beat activities, nightlife, shopping and sightseeing are just minutes away. Have it all!
Give yourself the vacation you really need. This 3 story duplex is designed with all the comforts of a custom built home.
The third floor consists of: Bayfront master bedroom with a balcony, queen bed, large private bath and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has full sized bed, third bedroom has full size futon with a twin bunk on top. Full bath in hallway, and complete laundry room. (Bed/Bath linens are provided.)
The second floor has living room with a couch, tv, recliner plus 2 comfortable chairs, fireplace and desk. There is also a window seat which is perfect for curling up with a good book. Complete dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped and has an eat in area. Large deck spans the living room.
First floor consists of the entry foyer, a shower bath and garage. Due to insurance considerations, a grill is available on the first floor deck that spans the front of the building.

- Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing, Fishing, dolphin/whale watching excursions, sunbathing. Just let us know if you need information or help in planning activities. For information on Va. Beach tourist attractions and events see the City of Va. Beach website or search on "Hampton Roads" to get information for the entire area of Norfolk, Va. Beach and Chesapeake. The area offers a wide range of water sports activities, marine science/nautical museums, historical sites that range from the first settlers to the latest NASA technology. There is even a nearby "frizbee golf" course. I do keep the calendar updated and email response is generally within 36 hours. THE 2005 calendar is filling up fast and most are repeaters from 2004. I do not block time on the calendar until I receive the deposit. Therefore, you might want to consider entering a second choice date in the comments section.

Phone is limited to local outgoing calls. This condo is directly on the beach, walk out the door acoss the deck and you are there. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included. Additional deposit is required for EACH pet. City ordinance allows supervised pets on the beach before 10am and after 5pm from Memorial through Labor Day.

THE WEEK RUNS FROM SATURDAY 4PM TO THE NEXT SATURDAY AT 10AM.
Summer Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day) .... $2500/weekly basis only
Off season rates begin at $1800/week; $300 per night (MINIMUM 4 night stay req.)
A Deposit of $500 is required to hold reservation. Cancellations with less than 30
day notice will forfeit deposit, unless unit is rented. General security deposit
of $500 is due on arrival. Pet deposit is $200 per pet.
Maximum allowed occupancy is 6 people including children/babies.
