Renovated Loft apartment in the heart of historic Paris only 100 metres from famous Louvre museum.Very quiet and comfortable contemporary style with all the charm of Paris.
The apartment has two bedrooms : master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with WC at one end of the apartment, bedroom 2 is middle room with top quality sofa bed and doubles up as TV room
The open plan sitting room has a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 6 if there are children (optimum or most comfortable use 4/5 ).
Kitchen has a great bar and three stools to enjoy coffee and pain au chocolat !!
Apartment is on the 6th floor with super rooftop views with a small elevator to 5th floor.There is a mobile air conditioning unit in bedroom only and ventilators in other rooms but with the windows open on both sides on top floor there is nearly always a pleasant breeze.
You can't be in a better more central location in PARIS. 100 meters away from Metro Line 1 with direct access to Marais and the Champs Elyees and easy walking to Orsay Museum, Palais Royal and Gardens and St Germain and Notre Dame.You can literally walk everywhere !!
There is a security door to the building and a friendly concierge The apartment is on the top floor so no one walking above you !! and its very quiet overlooking courtyard and side street and is very light and sunny being east and west.
There are some great restaurants on the Rue de L Arbre Sec and Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau and the baker is 50 yards away as well as chemist.
There is a mini market 200 metres away and supermarket 4 minute walk. Cable TV and internet and electricity and check out cleaning all included in rent.There is lots to explore in the Palais Royal area including historical covered arcades with antique shops and designer shops and wine bars ; Gallerie Vivienne and Gallerie Vero Dodat.
For those very tall the doorframes height between rooms is only 1.85 metres high and as you can see from the photos the sides of the room are lower than the middle but its part of the charm !!
