New for 2010: Log Cabin(s)in the woods. Tentative plans are to build 4 AMISH handcrafted cabins in the backyard of this Peoria property. Each cabin sleeps 2-4 and equipped with the camping essentials (cots, sleeping bags, lanterns and more). Reserve by the day for playhouse fun or by the night for a camp out experience with your sons and daughters. One parent must accompany children under the age of 19. See the rates section for pricing.

This home includes 1 King, 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with Supersized Twin bed, 2 full baths upstairs, a main floor Living Rooms with Fireplace, family room with Fireplace, Breakfast Room & 2 Kitchens . . . Downstairs, 2 half baths, a carpeted childrens play area, stocked with toys for the toddlers. Accomodations to sleep up to 24 can be arranged upon request. Major appliances include Washer, Dryer, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Stoves, Gas Grill and many small appliances. Located just off Knoxville Avenue & close to EVERYTHING!
For groups over 8 people, the downstairs can be turned into 2 bedrooms. Twin over full bunk beds (2) will sleep up to 6 for a total capacity of 14. See the rate section for pricing details.

One side of the Duplex: (Living Room with Fireplace, fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths, children's recreation room, laundry room, driveway, front and back private entrances, patio, grill, big backyard, internet access, cable T.V., unlimited long distance calling (within U.S.).
Lease agreement(s), Waiver form, other info will be emailed.
Weekly: Arrival anytime after 4:00 p.m., Departure by 10:00 a.m.
Whether you plan to visit relatives or traveling for business, vacation rentals are the best way to have that 'home away from home' experience. All the basics are provided such as a fully operational kitchen(s), linens & laundry facilities.

Both sides of the duplex can accomodate up to 24 adults & children. All persons visiting for any length of time must be counted in the group size. Children 2 and under are counted but stay free.
Swing Set/Club House is available. Safe Cul-de-Sac setting.
