Our two bedroom condominium is an inviting retreat on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our condominium awards you the opportunity to sit or lounge on our private balcony to watch the dolphins' jump, parasailers, or the gorgeous sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own or share it with your family and friends. It is professionally decorated with comfortable and inviting furniture, and all the luxuries of home. You will find everything you need including a porta-crib and high chair. We have all the "extras" necessary to make your stay as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home.
Our condo features two bedrooms with 2 KING size beds, each with a private bath. We also have bunk beds, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in our main living area.
We are located on the twentieth floor, with a breath-taking view of the beach and gulf of Mexico. We offer a desktop computer with high speed internet, so you can stay in touch with family and friends by E-mail, and three high definition TV's and DVD's.
Only problem you will have is what to do: championship golf, great restaurants, spectacular shopping, sport fishing, scuba diving, parasailing, and amusement parks...or just lay on the beach or around one of the three pools with a great book. The resort features AQUA Kids Club, which offers supervised children's activities for the children four through twelve years old. Including treasure hunts and arts and crafts in the summer months.
Aqua is within walking distance to great dining, shopping, and entertainment destination; Pier Park. Aqua is located off Hwy 98 on Front Beach Road and is convenient to all the highways that lead from the Southeast to the Gulf of Mexico.

We stayed here with another couple and had a wonderful time. The condo is so nice and cozy, I felt like I was at home. Nicely decorated and with cable. I will be back again. Hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for putting so much love in this place...we could feel it.

Our family of 5 spent 7 days at this amazing condo and had a fantastic time! We have 3 children 5 and younger and the condo was very kid friendly and provided plenty of space for my wife and I to keep our sanity. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was breathtaking – we sat out there to watch the fireworks show from the pier on Saturday night (which the kids loved) and watched several sunsets during the week. The beach was pristine and the ocean water was crystal blue. The pools were not crowded. Aqua provides many activities for the kids through their day programs – you can sign them up for sandcastle building, kite flying, crafts, etc. The condo was in walking distance of Pier Park, the Pier, Gulf World and many restaurants. It was a wonderful week and we will definitely be going back to stay at this condo! Everything was as described and just as nice as the pictures suggest. Prior to our trip to PC, the Owner sent recommendations for restaurants and activities. They also provided their cell phone numbers to call “anytime” if there was an issue or if we had any questions. The Owner’s were great hosts and you could tell were not only proud and excited about their condo but also excited to have us as guests. Thanks for a great week!!!

Very beautiful Condo.....Kitchen is equipped better than any I have seen! The UN-Limited long distance calling is so convenient for your frinds and family! Very nice to have a desk top computer in the condo....New Dell!
