We stayed here for a wedding weekend in January 2012. There were four adults and one toddler and this was the perfect property for us. The kitchen was well equipped, all of the instructions were very clear (not always the case when renting a vacation home) and the communication with the owners was all extremely prompt. It could not have been easier. The house is quite large and could house a big family. It was also nice that the house is kid friendly and includes amenities for the under 10 crowd. It's even stashed with those "pluses" that not everyone thinks about like an extra propane tank for the grill. We highly recommend this property.

The owner was realible, friendly, and accomodating from our first contact to the end of our stay. The house is very comfortable, clean, and lacks nothing even comfortable beds. The swim pool at the club house is very nice and the cafe and restaurant are good too. The neighborhood is quiet and you can view the stars from the patio. We had a great time! By the way, the house is closer to Joshua Tree Park and we loved hiking in that park.

Our family rented this home for a Thanksgiving holiday. We found the house to be extremely clean, beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. It was cold outside during our stay so the fireplace made it quite cozy indoors. The house features a large kitchen and living room and a great high dining table that were perfect for hanging out with family members over the Thanksgiving holiday. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. We did not use the golf course because of the cool weather but it looked to be very nice and well maintained. One thing to note is that the house is located several miles outside of downtown Palm Springs which accounts for its very affordable price. This was not really a problem for us as we did not mind the drive but it is important to at least be aware of this fact. Besides, we ended up spending most of our time enjoying this very comfortable home with our family. One good thing about the house's location is that it is quite close to the Cabazon Factory Outlet Stores which we actually visited twice during our stay!

Ended up staying for over a week after got stuck in US in volcano travel chaos. House was a perfect base to see the sights of Coachella valley and within easy drive of LA. Large and comfortable living area was ideal for the group to spend time together while the bedrooms where all spacious with more than enough bathrooms. Many thanks to Kym for all her help in sorting us out!

Our family had a great time at this home. It was exactly as Kym had described it. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and close to all the activities and places we wanted to go. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just a short drive to downtown and all the terrific restaurants, the aerial tramway, the outlets and a host of other activities. Great pool and clubhouse facilty as well. The home is well equipped and we really liked how quiet it was at night. Definitely recommend it.

I just returned from an annual ladies golf trip and we stayed in this wonderful home! Very beautiful, and lovely views. The golf course is fantastic and groomed to perfection. The home is warm and inviting, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The beds are comfy, too! I slept like a baby every night. Wi-fi connection works great. We only spent one day at the pool/hot tub area, but the water was warm and clean. Overall, an outstanding vacation and home! Thanks, Kim!

I stayed in this home with my family during a holiday weekend and it was as nice as a 4 star hotel. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The golf course has access from the backyard and it is a short drive to the best restaurants and Palm Springs amenities--we really saved a bunch of money and loved this home. We will definitely rent it again!

What a wonderful stay we had in your desert house. It is so peaceful and comfortable there. I have enjoyed watching the roadrunners from the dinning room window in the early morning hours as I scrapbook. Thanks for creating a "home away from home" for all to enjoy!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3-day weekend with family and enjoyed the house tremendously. It is beautifully appointed, conveniently located, sleeps 8-10 at least, and has plently of room for family and kids without seeming crowded at all. It has all the comforts of home, and a lot more, at least a lot more than my home. I felt totally spoiled for the entire weekend of luxury. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

What a wonderful visit we had. The guest house was easy to find and the neighborhood was lovely too! Desert Hot Springs was a great location for our hiking trip to Joshua Tree National Park and for the Indian Canyons in Palm Springs. We had a group of 10 who really enjoyed dinner parties in the kitchen and happy hour on the patio. Thanks for your hospitality. I look forward to a return visit.

"My friends and I wanted to plan the most excellent get-away. For myself, that included good weather, golf and a close by destination. We decided on Palm Springs and decided to get a house. We were not expecting much from this house because it was so affordable. But wow, the place ended up being perfect! More than that, our best memories came from just being there; playing cards, grilling out in the back yard and enjoying all the space it afforded us. Everything was great - the amenities, the place was extremely comfortable and the house is close to everything. It was a real treat, a nice surprise and we are already planning our next excursion. I highly recommend this casa on the most beautiful golf course with the mountains as the most epic back drop. (I didn't get paid to write this, i chose to). "

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely property over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The home is very inviting and comfortable for a family of 5 (or more) and the kitchen was the most well equipped of any condo or home we have ever rented. The golf course is lovely and had a special of 10 rounds for $350 which was great for our golfers and having access to a golf cart was an extra bonus. Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage were all close enough to enjoy shopping, movies and fine dining. We took a trip to Disneyland, which is an easy one day outing, and also found the indian casinos at Mirango and Agua Caliente. That was a new experience and a real surprise... so much like Vegas! We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub because the weather was kind of cold and there is also a variety of stores at the premium outlets near the Morango Casino that we missed but maybe next time!!!

What a wonderful time I had at your house. I went there with my girlfriends to celebrate our turning 40. We loved spending precious time together in your wonderfully appointed house. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we could possibly need and renting from you was so easy. We also loved how easy it was for us to get "into town" yet feel removed from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. We plan on making this an annual trip. Thanks again!
