A beautiful, relaxing, tropical, pool home in the "Jewel of the Florida Keys," Key Colony Beach. Boating, fishing, diving, romantic sunsets, lounging by the pool, naps in the hammock, watching the boats go by and much, much more. This tropical jewel is a 2000 square foot, Non-Smoking home with three bedrooms, with 1 king bed, 2 full, 2 twin beds; two baths, a den (or bedroom)with a full size bed, and large central living/dining area that blends into an open kitchen with counter space for four. Perfect for entertaining a crowd and then retiring in privacy when the time comes.
The house comes with a TV, VCR, stereo upstairs. For more quiet pursuits, a small lending library is also onsite. A washer and dryer are also available. The full kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pot, pans, coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker and yes a blender for fresh key lime margaritas (back to that later). You can bring your laptop and enjoy the use of wireless internet. A phone is also available for local calls and collect or credit cards calling.
The great room looks out over the pool area and canal where great white herons, brown pelicans, and green iguanas can often be spotted in their natural habitat. Soak up some Florida Keys sun, while listening to some relaxing music then cool off with a dip in the pool. The pool is approximately 32x20 kidney shape with a shallow end of 3 1/2 foot and a deep end of about 6 feet, Pool floats provided.
FISHING?!?!? Then easy access out of the canal to both ocean and bayside hot spots. Deep water canal 50 foot dock space with water, electric, fish cleaning table, and fresh water shower.
After a day of fishing, diving, or swimming, relax in the hammock in the shade of the key lime tree and read a book or sip a fresh key lime Margarita. Other tropical fruits for your enjoyment on the property includes Ponderosa lemons for lemonades, oranges, bananas, and mangoes.
