It features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an enclosed sunroom overlooking a wooded preserve area. The town home also features a living room/dining room combination with pass through window from a modern eat-in kitchen that includes microwave, dishwasher, and countertop appliances.
The master suite features a comfy king size bed, vanity dressing area, a spacious walk in closet and additional bi-fold closet, along with a private ceramic tile shower and water closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, its own walk-in closet and private bathroom with full tile tub/shower. With the use of the queen size sleeper/sofa in the living room, the townhouse can comfortably hold up to 6 people.
This luxury town home even includes a full sized washer and dryer in the unit so there is no need to make trips to the coin laundry. Other luxury features include a heated community pool, lighted tennis courts, basketball and shuffle board courts, and a children's playground, all within walking distance from your front door.
You are less than 10 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, area golf courses, shopping, beautiful parks, fresh water fishing and boating on Lake Tarpon, and a wide variety of restaurants.
The monthly rental includes local and long distance phone service with FREE nationwide calling anywhere in the USA or CANADA any time of the day or night, talk to friends and relatives as much as you like for FREE. Also included are cable TV, broadband Wi-Fi service for your computer, and first $100 of electric per month (usually covers all costs), and one assigned parking space which is conveniently located next to the courtyard entrance.
Great for movies or sports is the Sony 36 inch color TV with DVD and VCR in the living room, theater sound system, and even a 19 inch color TV in master bedroom. We have even included a video library!
This town home is 1260 square feel in size and is for non-smoking tenants only. A cat or dog member of your family is welcome if they are house-trained and are 25 lbs. or less.
