This was our second trip to Condo 707 at Grande Point. The condo was clean and neat. There was some changes made since last year which was great. My husband and I have spent our anniversary week in this Condo for the past 2 years and plan on scheduling a week each year. This is the perfect place for us. My husband loves to fish and I love the beach so Grande Point offers the best of both worlds. We especially love the fact that the lounge chairs on the balcony have cushions. This is the first condo we have rented where the owner provided cushions for the chairs. Thanks to Fran for sharing her beautiful condo with us

Our first words when we entered the condo was "WOW, look at that view!" This condo was our home away from home for our 1 week vacation. My daughter and her friend (both age 14) stayed in one bedroom and hubby & I stayed in the master bedroom. It was nice that the rooms are not right next to each other....so we had some privacy. The girls also had their own bathroom which was attached to their bedroom and the master bathroom was so spacious! The whirlpool tub was a great luxury!! Kitchen was well stocked...but could have used a couple more trash bags. Overall I would highly recommend this condo!

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The view was Awesome! My husband and I stayed for a full 7 days and didn't want to leave. This location offered everything we enjoy; A very short walk to fish and lay on the beach. I was very impressed when Fran Holley called us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was clean and suitable.

My daughters and I stayed here for the first time during Spring Break week. It was a very clean, tastefully decorated condo. All essentials were provided and it was so roomy. The view at sunrise was beautiful from the den or master bedroom. We will definately stay here again soon.

Fantastic condo and location! The rising of the sun and the moon were bonus views that I have never seen in 20 years of visiting Orange Beach. It was as if you were the only people in the world with a big screen TV of nature at it's best. Watching the boats in the morning and afternoon were an added bonus. Loved the gated entrance that provided a sense of security. Highly recommended! The owners were friendly and very responsive.

FABULOUS CONDO! BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE BEACH AND BEING ABLE TO WALK OVER TO THE FISHING WALL. LOTS OF SHELLS IN THIS AREA ALSO! ALWAYS A PLUS!

WHAT A GREAT CONDO! OUR FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME WATCHING ALL THE FISHING BOATS OFF THE BALCONY! WE ALSO ENJOYED MAKING SANDCASTLES AND PLAYING IN THE WAVES. IT WAS GREAT!
