The spacious living area sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. We have dishes, cooking pans, linens, a washer, a dryer, a microwave and a coffee maker to make you feel like you are in a wonderful home away from home. The pictures above show the view of the Mediterranean from the patio and the living room.

The complex is situated in a private park-like setting, with a private swimming pool, private tennis court and private parking.

Downtown Santa Margherita is only half a mile away and downtown Rapallo less than a mile and a half. You can also walk to Portofino. There is a bus that stops right in front of the apartment complex that takes you to Rapallo.

The international airport in Genova is 1 hour away. The airport in Pisa is also about 1 hour away. Cinque Terre is only 45 minutes away by train. Milan is less than 2 hours away and can be easily reached by train, bus, or by car. Trips to Florence, Nice, Monte Carlo, and Lago di Como are 2 to 3 hours.
