Our beautiful Sea Pines villa is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
The villa overlooks the ninth tee of the famous Harbourtown Golf Course where the Heritage Golf Tournament is played in April every year.
This is a ground floor villa so there are no stairs to climb, and you don't have to carry your luggage and groceries upstairs like so many villas in Sea Pines.
We have all new leather furniture in the living room including a sofa and queen sleeper.
There is a new Samsung large flat screen high definition TV in the living room with over 300 channels, DVD player, VCR, STEREO WITH IPHONE/IPOD DOCK, and a video library of DVD movies for children and adults.
In the master bedroom there is a new king size premium Beauty Rest (heavenly) bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and his and her closets.
In the guest bedroom we have all new furniture including 2 double beds, TV and DVD player. There is also a Cosco funsport play yard at the villa.
Our villa is a tropical retreat with all the comforts of home for one or two couples traveling together or a family with children.
The villa has a screened porch, wet bar, barbecue grill, and free high speed and wireless internet.(Bring your laptop.)
We are centrally located close to Harbourtown Marina, shops, and restaurants.(5 minute walk) Visit the lighthouse and children's park.
Harbourtown is "The place to be!"
In the evening during summer months Gregg Russell entertains the children and adults under the big oak tree every night except Saturday. His show is a "Must see" and starts at 8pm.
There are many good restaurants and other entertainment in Harbourtown also. They have a great steel band outside overlooking the marina every night and live music at the Quarterdeck.
Harbourfest fireworks is every Tuesday night during summer months at Shelter Cove Harbor, and Shannon Tanner has children's shows there at 6:30pm and 8pm on weeknights during the summer.
Sea Pines Plantation is the island's largest resort with miles of beautiful beaches, acres of forest preserve, 20 miles of paved bike, rollerblade, and walking paths that surround the entire plantation.
We are 5 minutes (a half mile) from the Sea Pines Beach Club, a private beach club for residents and guests. Spend the day swimming in the ocean and sunning. Have lunch at the restaurant, and listen to the entertainment. You can even ride a bike on the beach! In the summer evenings the Surfside Grill serves a full dinner menu overlooking the beach with live entertainment nightly.
There is every kind of water sport available in Sea Pines including jet skiing, exploring by kayak or canoe, paddle boarding, and parasailing.
We have great fishing in the fresh and salt water ponds in Sea Pines. The redfish caught there are excellent! (See the picture.) Catch some blue crabs for dinner.
Go horseback riding at Lawton Stables, or walk and take a self guided tour through the beautiful Forest Preserve. Visit the Baynard Ruins.
Get in shape at the fitness center. Play miniature golf at the many courses on Hilton Head Island.
Go for a bike ride on our great paved bike paths to South Beach Marina, and visit the "Salty Dog" restaurants and tee shirt factory.
Take a ferry boat ride over to Daufuskie Island for the day to play golf.
In Harbourtown you can take a sunset cruise on the "Stars and Stripes" sailboat, a pirate ship cruise, a dolphin watching cruise, a dinner cruise on a power boat, or a day cruise to Savannah's historic waterfront district.
There are playhouses, movie theaters, beautiful beaches, and excellent shopping at the many factory outlets.
Some of our favorites for live bands and entertainment are The Jazz Corner, (Great food and live bands every night) Mezzaluna has excellent food and entertainment and dancing most nights. XO Lounge usually has entertainment and dancing most nights. There is always some live bands and entertainment playing somewhere in Hilton Head.

If you decide to relax and cook at the villa after an active day you will find our kitchen is fully equipped with everything. You can have dinner inside or on the screened porch, and enjoy an evening of our DVD movies.
We welcome children and have many movies just for them.
Our villa is first class and has all amenities.

We used to come to Hilton Head to visit my parents with our children. We liked it so much we decided to buy a vacation home in Sea Pines.

We love to come to Hilton Head because it is such a change from our home in Florida. We love the biking, crabbing, fishing, and wildlife in Sea Pines. We enjoy listening to the live music entertainment and trying all the great restaurants in Hilton Head.
I am a serious bike rider so many days I go for a 15 mile ride, and my husband loves to fish in all the different ponds around Sea Pines.
We feel so lucky to have a 2nd home in Sea Pines.

Our family stayed here over Christmas and we rung in the New Year. Every year we go away at Christmas and choose a different place each year but my husband and I have talked about coming back and staying here again next year if its available. The first few days it was cold and we couldn't enjoy the screened in porch but when the weather warmed up we sat out on the porch and played a board game. Most of our time was spent riding the bikes around beautiful Sea Pines area. Janet the owner was very helpful and friendly with all my questions. The listing descriptions is accurate and the photos are perfect.The place was properly maintained and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place to go and relax

We loved our stay at this villa. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped! The villa has comfortable beds, good closet space, wonderful showers, and a great screened porch where we spent lots of time. The owner answered our phone calls and emails immediately and was always available to answer any questions about the villa or the area. There is also lots of tourist information at the villa which was great. We grilled outside several nights and enjoyed watching the video library of movies at the villa. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sea Pines, and we will definitely return here again in the Spring.

The villa was comfortable, clean and well stocked with anything you need for a successful visit to Hilton Head. It is conveniently located near Harbourtown and hike and bike paths and not far from beaches and other attractions on the island. The decor and appliances are somewhat dated but still very functional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Janet really gave an accurate description of the Villa. She prepared everything perfectly. Picking up our Seapines pass was very convenient and it was so easy to follow her direction to the Villa. The location of the Villa could not have been any better.It was only a short walk to picturesque Harbourtown and only a few minutes to Seapines Center where the excellent Restaurant "Truffles" and bike rental shop were located. The Beach Club provided very good access to the beach, the distance on foot was about 15 minutes. The photos represented the Villa very accurately and when we arrived, the Villa was very clean & neat. We were especially impressed with the good information for the Internet connection, as well as for operation of the new HDTV Television. All in all, we can highly recommend Janet's Villa and we would not hesitate to rent it again. If I may add, all the rooms were very spacious. The Master Bedroom had a large bed with a very good matress. We slept like babies !! Janet, thank you very much for your help and very good instructions.

Every word stated in Janet's description is true. You can't beat the location (20 yards from the Heritage Club's 9th tee box). Unit is spacious, clean and well appointed. I can't think of a thing to complain about. We'd love to come back and will watch our calendar to see if we can make it happen again.

First of all, Janet is extremely helpful and easily accessible. We arrived when it was pouring and were unable to see the signs for the villa, however, she contacted us quickly and things were fine. Everything was nice and clean and it was wonderful to have quite a few spices to choose from. Also, there were plenty of dishes and utensils to use. That was very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the beach was not as close as what we are used to. It is probably about a 15-20 minute walk. The area is beautiful and the bike paths are just tremendous. We did a lot of running and riding the week we were there and thoroughly enoyed it!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Working with Janet was extremely easy. Janet has stocked her home with anything you could need to have fun. Janet even had Hilton Head Brochures and Coupons for about every activity on the Island. We cooked outside on the grill every night for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. Several nights we made brownies for my niece and nephew before watching one of the numerous Disney DVDs. There was a movie for every taste. The movie collection was extensive. The bikes are in great shape. The home is located where everything is just a short bike ride away. It was extremely enjoyable sitting on the screened in porch watching the golfers on the ninth hole. I would definitely rent from Janet again and refer this property to family and friends!

The furniture, beds and DVDs are as great as the owner advertised. We would have loved a cake pan, cookie sheet or muffin pan in the "best stocked" kitchen. The washer and dryer were the fastest we've ever used. However, we chose this villa over others based on the advertised 4 bikes. When we went to use them, only two were functional. We called the owner and she suggested we rent two. After explaining that was not in our plan, she called the bike shop and we took the bikes there where they made adjustments. The next time we rode them a chain broke off one of the bikes and could not be replaced. We had to tow a child from South Beach in the dark and that was dangerous, but we had no choice. Again the owner suggested we rent a bike which we were forced to do as the bike could not be repaired. In our week at the villa we spent 4 days taking the bikes back and forth to the bike shop for repairs. That put a real damper on our vacation. Honestly, if they are going to advertise that they have bikes, then they should have someone properly maintain them. For the past 20 years we have stayed on Hilton Head at least 2-3 times a year and have never experienced a more crowded beach than that at the Beach Club. The villa was lovely and clean, but we won't be back.
Owner response:These guests misrepresented to me who would be occupying our villa. I was told husband, wife, and 4 children. They stayed 4 nights. When they left some other family came in for the rest of the week. I provided 2 car passes for the week because I was told they could not fit 6 people in one car. There is a loaf type cake pan at our villa. There are at least 3 large open pans that could have been used to bake cookies. I believe that most people going on vacation for a week are not baking cakes and muffins, but there are pans there, and they could have used them. The husband called me to complain that the handle bars were too low on one bike, and the other the seat needed adjustment. He was very rude and abusive on the telephone and demanded that I rent them 4 bikes! I told him if he couldn't adjust the bikes to take them to the rental company right near our villa where I bought the bikes to have them adjusted. I called the rental company and was told they were simple adjustments that were made, and there would be no charge to me. They said the people left after the adjustments, and the bikes were working fine. A few days later some other family called that I do not know. The first family had left, and a different family came to stay at the villa for the rest of the week. The woman spoke to my husband and said the chain had slipped out of the socket on one of the bikes, and they couldn't slip it back on. That can happen on any bike at any time no matter how well the bike is maintained. I do not understand who would try to tow a child on a bike with no working chain. That is very poor judgment. The bike should have been walked back to the villa. The bikes at the villa are adult bikes not children's bikes. With many people riding the bikes they are constantly being adjusted to fit each person. We kept the bikes at the villa as a convenience for our guests who do not want to bring their own from home. I have made an arrangement with the owners of Pelican Cruisers to rent bikes to our guests for a discounted rate of $29.50 per week including a basket and lock. They will deliver the bikes and adjust them free. It is best not to come to Hilton Head in the summer if you don't like crowds. Anyone who has stayed at our villa knows that I am very responsive to any questions or problems at the villa. I have many excellent reviews from previous guests. I tried very hard to work out the problems with with these guests. Janet Jezek, Owner

This property was everything it says it will be! It was very clean and had everything that you could need. The beds slept great, and the room sizes were just what we needed. The tile floor is wonderful for cleaning up the sand from the beach. The movie/cd collection was awsome, watched something every night. Bikes were a plus! Grilled out allmost everyday! We love this place for vacation and the villa made it all that much nicer for our whole family!
