The location is fantastic. We had our coffee and watched golfers tee off on no. 9 of Harbour Town. The villa is very well maintained, everything one would need is there. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to renting again. The owner is so friendly and helpful.

This villa has everything and the owners thought of it all. Has everything you will need; full size washer and dryer, kitchen items etc. Perfect location to walk or bike to Harboutown, 10 min by bike to the beach. Quiet "neighborhood" but close to it all. Would recommend for couples, families of 4, but could sleep more. (6)

We, too, had a great time in this Villa. All the comments we would have written in this space have already been noted by previous guests. Ah, what can we add? Everything works fine; a snapped toilet flapper chain was promptly repaired. We found a very nice group of people living and vacationing on Hilton Head Island. Drivers/motorists/walkers are very courteous to bike riders like us. So are the many groundskeepers who maintain the landscaping throughout the area -- they smile and say "hi" as you pedal by. Bike riding/walking on that wonderful beach is great fun. And we especially enjoyed being able to ride our bikes on the Harbor Town Golf Course cart path at the end of the day before sunset -- almost four miles of perfectly maintained tees/fairways/greens. Begin just beyond the back yard on the 9th tee and ride along that fairway, turn right onto the the 1st hole to begin, finish on the 18th with that spectacular view. Or, for a shorter trip, start on the 9th hole and continue on 10, 11 etc. We can just imagine Arnold Palmer winning the Heritage Golf Tournament here in, we think, 1969.

My husband and I had a perfect vacation at this villa. Everything is just like it is stated in the ad. We were there in the winter, but we had wonderful warm weather. The villa is very nicely furnished with tropical decor. It has a great view of the golf course and is very near Harbourtown. The beds were very comfortable, and the leather furniture in the living room is great. The kitchen in this villa is the best equipped we've ever seen. We really enjoyed having our cocktails every evening on the screened porch. Janet has lots of information for tourists at the villa which was very helpful. We watched lots of her dvd movies. She has great instructions on everything at the villa. We plan to come back with another couple in the fall. Highly Recommended!

Our family stayed here over Christmas and we rung in the New Year. Every year we go away at Christmas and choose a different place each year but my husband and I have talked about coming back and staying here again next year if its available. The first few days it was cold and we couldn't enjoy the screened in porch but when the weather warmed up we sat out on the porch and played a board game. Most of our time was spent riding the bikes around beautiful Sea Pines area. Janet the owner was very helpful and friendly with all my questions. The listing descriptions is accurate and the photos are perfect. The place was properly maintained and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place to go and relax

We loved our stay at this villa. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped! The villa has comfortable beds, good closet space, wonderful showers, and a great screened porch where we spent lots of time. The owner answered our phone calls and emails immediately and was always available to answer any questions about the villa or the area. There is also lots of tourist information at the villa which was great. We grilled outside several nights and enjoyed watching the video library of movies at the villa. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sea Pines, and we will definitely return here again in the Spring.

The villa was comfortable, clean and well stocked with anything you need for a successful visit to Hilton Head. It is conveniently located near Harbourtown and hike and bike paths and not far from beaches and other attractions on the island. The decor and appliances are somewhat dated but still very functional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Janet really gave an accurate description of the Villa. She prepared everything perfectly. Picking up our Seapines pass was very convenient and it was so easy to follow her direction to the Villa. The location of the Villa could not have been any better. It was only a short walk to picturesque Harbourtown and only a few minutes to Seapines Center where the excellent Restaurant "Truffles" and bike rental shop were located. The Beach Club provided very good access to the beach, the distance on foot was about 15 minutes. The photos represented the Villa very accurately and when we arrived, the Villa was very clean & neat. We were especially impressed with the good information for the Internet connection, as well as for operation of the new HDTV Television. All in all, we can highly recommend Janet's Villa and we would not hesitate to rent it again. If I may add, all the rooms were very spacious. The Master Bedroom had a large bed with a very good matress. We slept like babies !! Janet, thank you very much for your help and very good instructions.

Every word stated in Janet's description is true. You can't beat the location (20 yards from the Heritage Club's 9th tee box). Unit is spacious, clean and well appointed. I can't think of a thing to complain about. We'd love to come back and will watch our calendar to see if we can make it happen again.

First of all, Janet is extremely helpful and easily accessible. We arrived when it was pouring and were unable to see the signs for the villa, however, she contacted us quickly and things were fine. Everything was nice and clean and it was wonderful to have quite a few spices to choose from. Also, there were plenty of dishes and utensils to use. That was very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the beach was not as close as what we are used to. It is probably about a 15-20 minute walk. The area is beautiful and the bike paths are just tremendous. We did a lot of running and riding the week we were there and thoroughly enoyed it!

The furniture, beds and DVDs are as great as the owner advertised. We would have loved a cake pan, cookie sheet or muffin pan in the "best stocked" kitchen. The washer and dryer were the fastest we've ever used. However, we chose this villa over others based on the advertised 4 bikes. When we went to use them, only two were functional. We called the owner and she suggested we rent two. After explaining that was not in our plan, she called the bike shop and we took the bikes there where they made adjustments. The next time we rode them a chain broke off one of the bikes and could not be replaced. We had to tow a child from South Beach in the dark and that was dangerous, but we had no choice. Again the owner suggested we rent a bike which we were forced to do as the bike could not be repaired. In our week at the villa we spent 4 days taking the bikes back and forth to the bike shop for repairs. That put a real damper on our vacation. Honestly, if they are going to advertise that they have bikes, then they should have someone properly maintain them. For the past 20 years we have stayed on Hilton Head at least 2-3 times a year and have never experienced a more crowded beach than that at the Beach Club. The villa was lovely and clean, but we won't be back.
Owner response:These guests misrepresented to me who would be occupying our villa. I was told husband, wife, and 4 children. They stayed 4 nights. When they left some other family came in for the rest of the week. I provided 2 car passes for the week because I was told they could not fit 6 people in one car. There is a loaf type cake pan at our villa. There are at least 3 large open pans that could have been used to bake cookies. I believe that most people going on vacation for a week are not baking cakes and muffins, but there are pans there, and they could have used them. The husband called me to complain that the handle bars were too low on one bike, and the other the seat needed adjustment. He was very rude and abusive on the telephone and demanded that I rent them 4 bikes! I told him if he couldn't adjust the bikes to take them to the rental company right near our villa where I bought the bikes to have them adjusted. I called the rental company and was told they were simple adjustments that were made, and there would be no charge to me. They said the people left after the adjustments, and the bikes were working fine. A few days later some other family called that I do not know. The first family had left, and a different family came to stay at the villa for the rest of the week. The woman spoke to my husband and said the chain had slipped out of the socket on one of the bikes, and they couldn't slip it back on. That can happen on any bike at any time no matter how well the bike is maintained. I do not understand who would try to tow a child on a bike with no working chain. That is very poor judgment. The bike should have been walked back to the villa. The bikes at the villa are adult bikes not children's bikes. With many people riding the bikes they are constantly being adjusted to fit each person. We kept the bikes at the villa as a convenience for our guests who do not want to bring their own from home. I have made an arrangement with the owners of Pelican Cruisers to rent bikes to our guests for a discounted rate of $29.50 per week including a basket and lock. They will deliver the bikes and adjust them free. It is best not to come to Hilton Head in the summer if you don't like crowds. Anyone who has stayed at our villa knows that I am very responsive to any questions or problems at the villa. I have many excellent reviews from previous guests. I tried very hard to work out the problems with with these guests. Janet Jezek, Owner

Working with Janet was extremely easy. Janet has stocked her home with anything you could need to have fun. Janet even had Hilton Head Brochures and Coupons for about every activity on the Island. We cooked outside on the grill every night for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. Several nights we made brownies for my niece and nephew before watching one of the numerous Disney DVDs. There was a movie for every taste. The movie collection was extensive. The bikes are in great shape. The home is located where everything is just a short bike ride away. It was extremely enjoyable sitting on the screened in porch watching the golfers on the ninth hole. I would definitely rent from Janet again and refer this property to family and friends!

This property was everything it says it will be! It was very clean and had everything that you could need. The beds slept great, and the room sizes were just what we needed. The tile floor is wonderful for cleaning up the sand from the beach. The movie/cd collection was awsome, watched something every night. Bikes were a plus! Grilled out allmost everyday! We love this place for vacation and the villa made it all that much nicer for our whole family!

We had a great time at this property. The villa is very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time on the lovely screened in porch, watching the dvd movies at the villa, and riding the bikes every day that were supplied by the owners. There are a lot of amenities at this villa that are not found at others. It is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, and we loved the leather furniture. The owner (Janet) was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry, and she answered all our questions promptly about the villa and the area. Renting from her was a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this property and will be back next year!

This villa is as described by the owners: well equiped kitchen, nice location, nice linens, comfy beds, bikes. All in all, pleasant and comfortable. The owners were very helpful answering questions and making sure we had all the information we needed to get to the villa and to vacation in the villa comfortably. We loved being on the ninth hole of the golf course. We would highly recommend this property. It is so nice to be able to walk or bike just about everywhere: Top of the Quarterdeck Restaurant for sunsets or Plantation Club for yoga, weights or aerobics or the Beach Club for sun, lunch or just reading or tennis or golf or kayaking.......the list goes on and on! Sea Pines is a fun place to vacation.

An extremely well equipped and maintained property. Located on Harbour Town links and just a short drive to Sea Pines two other golf courses make this an excellent choice for golfers. This is not a new villa but it is comfortably furnished, has all the modern technology you might require (including WiFi) and is extremely well equipped; utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware (including martini glasses and champagne flutes - if that is your thing!). Beds are extremely comfortable with high quality linens and rarely seen in rentals, mattress pads and pillow protectors. Highly recommended.

We have travelled the world and think that the streets and paths of Sea Pines are some of the most beautiful in the world. We loved the landscape, huge oak trees, Spanish moss, golf course views and the outstandingly beautiful bike paths to the beach!! This villa was: clean, comfortable, convenient, and spacious. J. Jezek has thought of EVERY little detail that vacationers would need. All was totally user friendly due to the clear, instructions on all equipment. We appreciated the fabulous movie collection, deck of cards, very well equiped kitchen, large screen TV's, internet connection, luxurious king bed and generous linens, hair dryers, screened in lanai, bicycles and beautiful views of the golf course. It was as described in previous reviews. Even though we were there in an unusual cold spell, we were thoroughly comfortable the whole time. This is a nature lover's paradise and we found lots to do even in the cool weather. You must have a car but beach, grocery, shopping, restaurants, riding stables, golf, forest preserve, are all very convenient. Even w/o a car you could bike to boutique shopping (Harbour Town), some restaurants and of course, the beach. Check-in and check-out is very well organized and convenient.

We really enjoyed riding on the bikes; the trails are beautiful. We happened upon an alligator on one of our rides. : ) We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porch and watching the golfers.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Hilton Head. We booked this villa for a last minute trip to HH last week and were pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful villa and has everything you need. It was VERY clean, the beds were so comfortable. It is nice and private as well. You cannot ask for a better location in Sea Pines. It is near everywhere you want to be. We went everywhere on the bikes. We vacation about 2-3 times per year and rent many condos/villas. This was the first I can say that the owner has provided absolutely everything you need and more. The washer/dryer were nice as we have an 18 month old who creates dirty laundry by the minute! Loved the screened in porch too. Loved HH and would really like to stay at this villa again in the future. Superb communication and instructions from the owner! Thanks again.

Walking distance to Harbourtown, biking to the beach and the rest of Sea Pines. Almost no need to use your car, ever. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with options to do as much or as little as you like, this is the place for you. Janet is a great owner with excellent communications and service; great tips and very knowledgeable for any questions you may have. Property very comfortable size for a family up to 4, but could accommodate more. Bicycles included in the rental is a very nice addition. We will be returning in the future yet again!

This villa is so well appointed, the only thing you need to bring is yourself and your suitcase! It's a mere bike ride to the beach or the wonderful pool in Sea Pines Resort. And you can relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the golf course. We actually had a deer walking through the yard one day. When we arrived, one doors in the master bath had come loose. We emailed the owner, and she had it fixed within two hours. That was very impressive. I would definately stay here again.

From the moment we stepped in the front door we knew we had chosen the right place. The home exceeded our expectations. We loved the screened porch overlooking the golf course and all the amenities. I wish I had gotten to cook more in the kitchen. I have never seen a kitchen equipped so well. It has every kind of pot, pan, china, and glass there. I love to have the right kind of glass with whatever I am drinking, and this villa has them all. Thanks Janet for a memorable stay at your villa!

The property is clean and well maintained. We had fun trying out lots of restaurants. During the two weeks we cooked at the villa about six times and ate on the screened porch. There are so many good movies at this villa that we loved staying in at night to see them! We highly recommend renting this villa to everyone visiting Sea Pines. We had a wonderful time during our week in Hilton Head. The villa had everything we needed and is only a short bike ride to both Harbourtown and the beach. Thanks for your hospitality!

Our family of six had a wonderful time at this villa. If you are looking for a villa that has everything this is it. Our kids loved the beach toys, chairs and of course the bikes. Thanks for allowing our family to rent your villa. We will be back. Thanks Brian and Marcy Wauseon, OH

We just returned from our third visit to this beautiful villa. As usual everything was perfect. The villa is very clean, well equipped, and the location is great! We love the new furniture. This villa is exactly as it is explained on the website. Janet is very good at communicating with you and giving you all the details. She is honorable, and it is a pleasure to rent from her. We will definitely be back for our fourth visit next year!

Wonderful place to stay! Just the right size for 4 people. Nice, quiet community with a great view from the screened in porch. Bikes, movies, grill all nice extra touches; very well equiped. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Sea Pines. Can't wait until we can return. THANKS Janet!

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. We have never stayed at a villa that is so well equipped! The leather furniture is elegant and something you seldom find in a vacation rental home. The location was perfect. We walked to Harbourtown every day. We enjoyed having everything on one floor. We rode the bikes all over Sea Pines and the forest preserve. Janet was very personable and attentive to all our needs. She responded immediately to any questions and is most honorable to do deal with. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sea Pines.

Thanks Janet for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home. The view was great, and the villa is so well equipped. My wife and I loved the tropical decor at the villa. It was great having the bikes and not having to rent them. We rode all around the forest preserve and on the beach. Our children watched your DVD movies every night. It was nice that you have movies for children and adults too. We also watched some good movies. We had wonderful weather. Our vacation was perfect! I would highly recommend your villa to anyone visiting Hilton Head! Thanks again, Amy & Dick Keller

We have been renting in Sea Pines (Heritage) for over 18 years. Often dealing with the Plantation, we had to request transfer to another property. With this villa, everything was generously provided with a strong touch of hospitality to make life easier (from a collection of top DVD to detergents and plastic bags, tool box, books and tourist maps and guides without forgetting good bicycles). Time when you could not invite friends for diner by lack of glasses, plates or cooking material was over! The location was great and weather excellent. We would gladly come back next Xmas season!

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for 10 years, and this is the nicest villa we have ever rented. The property is very clean, well equipped, and close to everything. Having 4 bikes included was great! We rode everywhere by bike while we were there. The master bedroom king size bed is so comfortable. The kitchen was so well equipped we enjoyed cooking in several nights. We loved watching the DVD movies that are at the condo. Janet was very responsive and great to deal with. We highly recommend this villa to everyone!

The Villa was beautifully decorated in the 70's style, but great. Beds were very comfortable, and tons of closet space. Great views of the golf course. Really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Pines and Harbor Town.
