The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom including wood cabinets and granite countertops. All new appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and cordless phone system.

This is not a pure rental unit, the owner uses the unit most of the year, so all the amenities are first rate. The terrace can accessed from the living room and master bedroom, and can be used for meals. Fully stocked kitchen, dishes, all linens and towels are included. You don't need to bring anything we even supply toothbrushes.
