  This condo was perfect for our group. Steps to the beach and fully equipped with everything you'd need for a weekend at the beach. We just brought the food and we were ready to go! The owners were very gracious in arranging the stay and Bob was very helpful onsite our first day there. Would highly recommend!

  Just got home from a stay here with my family. We had a great time. The place was nice, beds were comfy, decor was nice, and there was plenty of room! The owners were staying on site so anything we needed they were nice enough to help out with. The only thing I would change is next time I would get the first floor because my mom has bad knees and had some trouble with the stairs.....other than that everything was great!

  Just spent a few days with family in this lovely home. The house is very clean and the beds were comfy. The location is just a few steps from the beach and nearby to restaurants and recreation. The owners live on site and were very nice as well. Would recommend this place for sure!

  We stayed here over a weekend with our dog. The place was well kept and is in the perfect location. I can definitely see staying here over the summer since the unit has a washer/dryer unit and plenty of space. The owners were great to deal with and we can't wait to return. We also had the option of using their linens and washing them before we checked out which is a hugh plus since I didn't want to pack those items. The only downside was when we first got there, there wasn't hardly any toilet paper so we needed to make a run to the store. I knew I would have to provide the basics of paper towels, soap, etc., but one full roll of tp would have been nice to get started with. When we checked out we left 1 full roll of tp in both the bathrooms and soap so hopefully future occupants will be just as nice and do the same.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. We take pride in making sure our places are clean and up to date! Terribly sorry about the TP! We generally try to be sure to have at least starter paper products in the units for our guests arrival. I was actually out of town on vacation this week and wasn't there to physically inspect the unit. I will make sure our cleaners replenish these supplies in the future!

  This is a fantastic condo, perfectly suited towards an excellent beach vacation or weekend getaway. Everything was well-stocked and comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and the porch is close enough to the ocean to make it a very nice and relaxing view. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus, it makes it easy to take the quick walk over for a short swim or an evening walk. It's a great place for families and couples alike, and the town has something for everybody.

  We have been vacationing in OC for the past 20 years and this is our 2nd year in this unit. It is an affordable 3 bedroom, well maintained unit and very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners couldn't be nicer. We love that we are so close to the beach and the outdoor space is nice for fun family BBQ. The outdoor shower is great for the kids to rinse off prior to entering the unit. Bedrooms are spacious and the unit is VERY clean. We will definitely be back again

  We stayed here with 2 other couples in June 2011. Great location in mid town OC. The place is clean and comfortable. Lots of cooking utensils and all appliances....just like home. The owners couldn't offer more hospitality. The dryer broke while we were there and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Roomy condo especially for Ocean City......everything doesn't run down one hallway. Lots of parking and room to cook out in the back. Would definitely come again.

  Having vacationed with my family here in May we are looking forward to returning in the early fall. The units are up-to-date, clean, beautifuly furnished and maintained. I think the fact that the owners are on property contributes to this - it's obvious that they take pride in this place. The location is perfect - on the beach block in a part of Ocean City that's not very crowded. The large front porch is a great place to relax. It's also a short drive or nice walk from many shops and restaurants. Liquid Assets is a favorite!

  I stayed here with my family (6 adults/2 children) July 2 - 9, 2011. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and on the ocean side of Coastal Highway. The place is really clean and nicely decorated, furniture looked new. The owners (Bob and Bonnie) are a pleasure to deal and helped us with restaurants etc. during our stay. They also gave us the option of using their linens and towels, which was a great plus, not having to pack all of that. Very reasonably priced for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. We had a great time bbq-ing out back. We will definitely be back next year.

  The location of this condo simply cannot be beat! Not having to cross the major traffic everyday to get to the beach was worth every penny we spent on the condo. The curb appeal of the condo gets you right as you pull up. Beautiful porches, lovely plants and landscaping. It's very clear that this property is well cared for. The interior was spotless and clean. Everything was newly updated and fresh. We had 4 adults and 2 children with us and no one felt cramped at any point of our stay...the condo is quite spacious. The outdoor shower was a real perk and made our returns from the beach easy. Also, have laundry in the unit was absolutely necessary!! We knew the first day of our vacation we would be returning next year!!!!
