These three beautiful units are just steps to the beach and have all the comforts of home! Tastefully decorated, new kitchens! New carpeting and furnIture for 2010. Ceiling fans in every room and for greater comfort, central air conditioning. This is a 3 story building with 3 condo's, one of top of the other. The units are identical. Each condo unit has 3 bedrooms. In bedroom 1, there is a queensize bed. In bedroom 2, there is a queensize bed plus a twin bed. In bedroom 3, there are 3 twin beds. There is also a queensize double height self inflating/deflating air bed. Two full baths, remodeled this year, including six foot seated shower stall. These spacious units have plenty of room for families. Enjoy a crabfeast out on the back deck. Barbeque grills provided. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are a family owned property that caters to our guests. We pride ourselves in keeping our property up to date, clean and in good repair at all times.
Why the Owner Chose Halfmoon
Our family has vacationed in Ocean City for many years. The town of Ocean City has something for everyone, great restaurants, top notch golf courses, amusements, shopping and beautiful and safe beaches. We bought this property because we wanted a safe, family oriented street. We didn't want to worry about our children having to cross Coastal Highway to get to the beach. We wanted to be just a few steps away from the ocean....so that going back to the house for meals and nap times. We love our beach home and hope that you do too!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our location is perfect. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of downtown and boardwalk....but not too far either. We are located just a minutes walk to the beach with no streets to cross. Its just 3 houses away! Something that is very special to us is that each year, we block off all 3 units for one week to have a family reunion. We either do a lobster bake or a pigroast. (If you are interested in doing this...we can help!) Our properties are great for entertaining....we have grill in the back yard and 2 decks. Each condo has a front porch...perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets.

We stayed here over a weekend with our dog. The place was well kept and is in the perfect location. I can definitely see staying here over the summer since the unit has a washer/dryer unit and plenty of space. The owners were great to deal with and we can't wait to return. We also had the option of using their linens and washing them before we checked out which is a hugh plus since I didn't want to pack those items. The only downside was when we first got there, there wasn't hardly any toilet paper so we needed to make a run to the store. I knew I would have to provide the basics of paper towels, soap, etc., but one full roll of tp would have been nice to get started with. When we checked out we left 1 full roll of tp in both the bathrooms and soap so hopefully future occupants will be just as nice and do the same.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. We take pride in making sure our places are clean and up to date! Terribly sorry about the TP! We generally try to be sure to have at least starter paper products in the units for our guests arrival. I was actually out of town on vacation this week and wasn't there to physically inspect the unit. I will make sure our cleaners replenish these supplies in the future!

This is a fantastic condo, perfectly suited towards an excellent beach vacation or weekend getaway. Everything was well-stocked and comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and the porch is close enough to the ocean to make it a very nice and relaxing view. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus, it makes it easy to take the quick walk over for a short swim or an evening walk. It's a great place for families and couples alike, and the town has something for everybody.

We have been vacationing in OC for the past 20 years and this is our 2nd year in this unit. It is an affordable 3 bedroom, well maintained unit and very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners couldn't be nicer. We love that we are so close to the beach and the outdoor space is nice for fun family BBQ. The outdoor shower is great for the kids to rinse off prior to entering the unit. Bedrooms are spacious and the unit is VERY clean. We will definitely be back again

We stayed here with 2 other couples in June 2011. Great location in mid town OC. The place is clean and comfortable. Lots of cooking utensils and all appliances....just like home. The owners couldn't offer more hospitality. The dryer broke while we were there and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Roomy condo especially for Ocean City......everything doesn't run down one hallway. Lots of parking and room to cook out in the back. Would definitely come again.

Having vacationed with my family here in May we are looking forward to returning in the early fall. The units are up-to-date, clean, beautifuly furnished and maintained. I think the fact that the owners are on property contributes to this - it's obvious that they take pride in this place. The location is perfect - on the beach block in a part of Ocean City that's not very crowded. The large front porch is a great place to relax. It's also a short drive or nice walk from many shops and restaurants. Liquid Assets is a favorite!

I stayed here with my family (6 adults/2 children) July 2 - 9, 2011. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and on the ocean side of Coastal Highway. The place is really clean and nicely decorated, furniture looked new. The owners (Bob and Bonnie) are a pleasure to deal and helped us with restaurants etc. during our stay. They also gave us the option of using their linens and towels, which was a great plus, not having to pack all of that. Very reasonably priced for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. We had a great time bbq-ing out back. We will definitely be back next year.

The location of this condo simply cannot be beat! Not having to cross the major traffic everyday to get to the beach was worth every penny we spent on the condo. The curb appeal of the condo gets you right as you pull up. Beautiful porches, lovely plants and landscaping. It's very clear that this property is well cared for. The interior was spotless and clean. Everything was newly updated and fresh. We had 4 adults and 2 children with us and no one felt cramped at any point of our stay...the condo is quite spacious. The outdoor shower was a real perk and made our returns from the beach easy. Also, have laundry in the unit was absolutely necessary!! We knew the first day of our vacation we would be returning next year!!!!
