This beautiful home is an incredible value. It is a wonderfully decorated and modern beach style house. And this is not a dressed-down model, No-Way! The main house has a full three bedrooms, with bonus bunk room and observatory with futons. It also has three and a half baths. It is great for beach living with beautiful furnishings throughout...crown molding, harwood floors, beautiful granite countertops, and much more. There is plenty of wonderful outside seating both front and back. It also has a two car garage for private parking. The home is located in Seacrest Beach on 30A, just next to Rosemary Beach with its many shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the 12,000 square feet resort pool and a few minutes walk or free “Easy Tram” to the beach.
The house has four large porches on all three levels for outdoor relaxation and sunbathing. We have X-Box, plenty of board games, beach toys and baby accessories to keep everyone busy and happy. From the street, walk to the fountains, Cafe/Restaurant and shops of the Village of South Walton, or the town of Rosemary’s Beach is just a bit further.
Main floor features professionally decorated living and dining room with hardwoods and unique designs and furnishings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the cabinets are loaded with all you will need for a weeks stay and more. Just off the kitchen is the downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The living room has a 46" wall mounted flat screen TV. The house is equipped with surround sound on every floor and you can hook up your ipod/mp3 to the stereo system as well. Bring your laptop, because we also have wireless internet.
The second floor has a Main Master bedroom with a king bed and a master bath with a bubble Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and spacious double vanity. A bunk room just outside the master sleeps 2 children comfortably next to parents in either the master or "porch room" (queen). The "porch room" has doorway to beautiful 2nd story lighted porch. Lots of outdoor seating for quiet evenings getting ready for bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The third level observatory room is furnished with dining table and chairs. There is ample seating and a wet bar with mini refrigerator. This room opens onto a large tiled covered deck with expansive views of the subdivision and a peek at the Gulf. You can see Rosemary’s Beach just a few streets over.
The carriage house is detached and is a sanctuary of it's own. It has a Queen bed as well as a full kitchen and bath.
If you plan to fly, Southwest will begin service at the brand-new International Airport in Panama City, May 2010.

My family and inlaws stayed at Just 4 Fun the week after Christmas and we had such a wonderful time! The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the community and surrounding communities are so charming.... and you can walk to everything! Can't wait for our next trip back to Just 4 Fun!

We stayed in this perfect community a few years prior and were thrilled to find a larger house to fit our larger crew. House and carriage house offered lots of sleeping options and room to spread out during the day. Short walk from pool and even though a shuttle is offered, not too bad of a walk to the beach as well.

Two families stayed here with plenty of room. The carriage house was perfect for our teenage boys. It lives a lot bigger than it says. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The pool is a short walk or bikeride away. Make sure you bring or rent bikes since restaurants and shops are all within a short ride. The tram is quick to respond to take you to the beach. If you walk, it's not that far but it's better to take the tram when carrying coolers etc.

We LOVED the house and enjoyed what the area had to offer. We especially loved riding bikes all over Seacrest & Rosemary Beach! The house is perfect for any size family and the pictures don't do justice to how big the house really is! The master bedroom (2nd floor) has a wonderful bathroom! We made it to the beach a few days and rode the tram which had very friendly drivers! It was a great trip all around!

What an awesome home!!! We loved it! Short walk to the pool, tram service was always quick to take us to the beach. Carriage house was perfect addition. Loved hanging out on the front porch or enjoying the sunset from the loft. Everything we needed!!! The perfect vacation spot for our three families...will definately be back.

This was the BEST house we have stayed in at Seacrest Beach!! This house has so much room. Everything you need for your stay at the beach is here!! The carriage house was perfect for our teens....and the open floor plan of the main house was wonderful!! We will definatly stay here again....perfect location to walk to all the great places around...icecream, beach, coffee, pool, sprinklers, shopping!!! Our best vacation yet!!!! The owners were GREAT to correspond with and answered all our questions, before and after our stay, very quickly!!! STAY HERE!!!

We had a great family vacation at "Just 4 Fun". The house was very comfortable, well equipped, and met our every need. It's a short walk to the amazing pool and beach, or you can call for courteous and helpful tram drivers. The landscaping, sidewalks, and other local amenities add significantly to this location. I highly recommend this house, the development, and overall area to all. Couldn't have been a better vacation spot!

This was the perfect family vacation. The house is fantastic and handled our family very comfortably. We took our mother-in-law and the carriage house was perfect for her. She could be with us, but have her own space. We went to the beach in the mornings and the pool in the afternoons. We’d stroll through Seacrest Beach in the evenings, or back to the beach. Fun outings in Seaside, Rosemary Beach. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. We chartered a boat for deep sea fishing which was an awesome experience. Cant say enough good things about Just 4 Fun, Seacrest Beach and Highway 30-A.
