The Wharf is THE place to be on the Gulf coast. It is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Orange Beach, Alabama, just a 1/2 hour drive from the Pensacola, Florida, airport...and about an hour from the Mobile, AL airport. The Wharf is a 5 minute ride to the beach - should you feel the need to go. Many of the other rentals in the area brag about being "close" to The Wharf. Well, you will be AT The Wharf. You can park your car in the covered parking area and leave it there until you are ready to load up and leave for home. This condo is Unit 805, located on the 8th floor of the magnificent Levins Bend. The views are beautiful from every direction and it is quiet!
When you want to venture out, you can walk to the many wonderful shops, or you can take in a movie at the multi-screen theater, or eat in any of the fine restaurants that now call The Wharf home. Then there is the Oasis--a magnificent facility with its beautiful Lazy River, wave pool, and kiddie pool,and hot tub, or you can kick back in a hammock or lounge chair under the shade of a big palm tree, order a drink and relax with a good book on Hammock Island at the Oasis. Both children and adults will want to spend their days there. Although you could walk, a free shuttle will take you from the condominium to the Oasis and back.
When you want to head back inside, you will find our beautifully furnished condominium, which features a whirlpool bath and an amazing shower in the master bathroom, a completely outfitted designer kitchen with wine cooler, and floor-to-ceiling window walls in both the living area and the master bedroom overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. This will provide the perfect place to relax. You can turn on the 37-inch flat panel TV in the living area or curl up on the comfy king sized bed in the master bedroom to watch your own flat panel TV. There are TVs with DVD players in the living area and each of the two bedrooms. You can also use your laptop computer on the complimentary high-speed wireless internet connection. You may even decide to cook out on the large gas grill on the balcony, or maybe you will just want to simply sit on the balcony and watch the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway. If you want to bring your own boat, there are transient docks available for your use.
You will quickly see that Everything Really is Happening at The Wharf! Visit us once, and you will have to come back! However you decide to spend your time at our condominium at The Wharf, we hope it will be a vacation where great memories are made!

Why the Owner Chose Wharf
The Wharf is the first "Destination resort" in South Alabama. Most places at the Gulf - whether they are in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores - often describe themselves as being "near" The Wharf. It is truly a place where you can park your car upon arrival and not get back in until you are ready to head home. If you want to spend a day at the beach, you are just minutes away...but when you get back to the Wharf, everything you want for a fun, relaxing time is just outside your door. We couldn't think of a better place to purchase a condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are many restaurants, from casual to fine dining; great shops; a Rave movie theater; a Spa; the South's largest ferris wheel; a great workout room; a Convention Center, and, of course, The Oasis, Lazy River and all...just outside your front door. There is a beautiful marina with transient slips just outside the back balcony. Don't forget the 10,000 seat Amphitheater at The Wharf where many well known groups perform in concert many times a years. We are just 20 minutes from the Tanger Outlet Mall and about 30 minutes from the Air and Space Museum at Pensacola Naval Air Station.

We rent and maintain the condo on our own, and are not part of any managed "Rental Program". We try our best to give our guests that personal touch in order to make sure that our condo is a place where you can relax, have fun, and create great memories! If you look closely, you just might find a complementary chilled bottle of wine in the wine cooler. We want you to have an "Ahhhh" moment when you walk in...and the desire to return when you walk out.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us! We had a great time on New Year's Eve and loved the grill on the balcony...not many places in Orange Beach offer those. The condo had everything we needed and the bottle of champagne was a plus! Hope to come back to stay one day when it is warm!

We go every year to the Wharf and rent at least two rooms to take our entire family to the beach. We were very excited to build this relationship with the owners and stay in there place. The owners were super nice people and they helped us find some great deals on fishing and dining. The room was very nice. My wife said it was decorated very nice. I would definitely stay here again and hope to. If you haven't been to the Wharf and have small children it is a must. I have a 15 year old, 5 year old and 2 year old. Your condo & resort were amazing! We had a fantastic week. It was a refreshing change from staying in one of the mega high-rises right on the beach. Most of our days were spent at The Oasis for soaking up that glorious sunshine, then returning to the condo to enjoy the boats coming back in to the marina, while enjoying a glass of wine or a "frozen concoction" & listening to the music drifting up from Live Bait. Afterwards, out to dinner at one of the great restaurants on site or within a short drive of The Wharf!! It was a great week! We are planning on returning to The Wharf & your amazing condo in the future! You really thought of everything when it came to our comfort, even a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival. The master suite was the ultimate in luxury, with the comfy king bed & incredible jacuzzi tub & HUGE shower. Thanks again for your hospitality! Valerie

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay from 8/14/10 through 8/17/10. Although it rained a lot of the time, the condo is soooo confortable and well equipped that we hardly noticed the weather. We grilled on the balcony and totally enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here to others. Pool area is like a small water park and lots of fun for all!!!

Great vacation spot. Beautiful place, the oasis was awesome and property was very clean. Great shopping and restaurants. Our condo was beautiful and clean, great owner. Lambert's cafe, was our favorite. We loved the wharf and would recommend this property.

We had a great time on our vacation. The Wharf is a great place and the condo is beautiful. Our 22 month old daughter loved the Oasis, especially the slides in the kiddie area. Jane and the other owners were very welcoming and we look forward to staying again soon!

We planned our family trip to Orange Beach after extensive research... we really lucked out when we found this gem! The Wharf was perfect for our pre-teen and teen kids and the Oasis was the perfect place for us all to cool down on a hot summer's day. This condo was PERFECT! Everything was so clean and nice and we immediately felt like we were "home". We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone! And to the fantastic owners of the condo - thank you soooo much for being so great!!

Our stay was wonderful! We have nothing but good things to say about Mrs Jane. She was accommodating to all of our needs and even left toys for our two children to play with. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We are already planning our next summer vacation. Our children loved the Oasis and the shuttle driver was very helpful also. We enjoyed our stay at the Wharf and would recommend this condo to any one we know.
