The home is fully air conditioned it can comfortably accommodate up to eight people in a modern, cheerful, and relaxed tropical setting. This beautifully decorated home is large and has an open layout to maximize on the view.
This property is located in a private, gated community. On one side of the Villa Palmira beach, a nature center provides hiking trails and kayaking. On the other side a public beach and Water Park managed by the Government limits access to the beach. Near-by Punta Santiago village is a quaint beach town with nightlife and a number of well-regarded native seafood restaurants.
Swimming is safe and the ocean floor sandy. Children will find the water edge shallow and inviting. Adults can swim out a few hundred feet for deeper waters and still find a sandy bottom.
