I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who would like to rent a place around the Poconos. Nebil (the owner) is friendly and absolutely great to work with and was always available to answer any questions that we had. The house itself was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It fit all eight of us quite comfortably and comes with all the essentials so all we had to bring along was our food :-) We also had our security deposit back in a 3 days. As a first time renter in the Poconos, I would say that I was very pleased with this rental. Great place to get away for a few days!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for us (3 couples) right before Valentine's Day. Nice and quiet location. During the day we were out and about (plenty of things to do), and at night we had the option of hitting the town for some fun or relaxing by the fireplace and watching some movies. The house was lovely and cozy; even got to see deer walk by as we drank our morning coffee in the sun room. Looking forward to coming back in the summer with the kids to enjoy the lake. Nebil was very nice and great to work with. Thank you again for renting out your home to us...it was beautiful!

I enjoyed a very relaxing weekend getaway in this house. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. Nebil, the owner was also a pleasure to do business with. He was very timely in sending out all forms and was very easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Arrowhead Lake.

I recently was fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful little home. It had all the amenities for a perfectly relaxing vacation and was truly like a home away from home. The decor was lovely and it was wonderful having the wireless internet, cable TV in every room and full kitchen amenities. The owner, Nebil, bent over backwards to insure we had all we needed, and even gave us an extra night for free when we found out we could come in early. I highly recommend his beautful little home and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. Thanks again Nebil for all you did for us and I might be calling you soon to stay again! :-)

Christmas Get-to-Gather

Me and my friends were here on Christmas recently. I simple love this place and this place would be my first choice if I goto Poconos again. The 3 days that we spent in this house are one of best moments of our lives and the sweet memories to cherish for future. I personally like the fireplace, its the highlight of the house. The house is clean, spacious in short it got more than what we expected. The house is located in nice place, quit surroundings, pleasant lake, near by to many resorts. The house owner NEBIL is very nice and friendly to deal with. Thank you Nebil!!! and I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Absolutely loved the house!!! It was nice to get away to this peacefull place and enjoy evenings by the fireplace. My family and I had a wonderfull time, the house was nice and cozy. Me and my family stayed at this house for a week and a half and had a wonderful time, the house is so cozy and set in a wonderful location. Me and my wife got married in usa and stayed at this home I would fully recomend it to anyone who wants to get away for a while. There is pleanty of wildlife around the area too we spotted dears and chipmunks and a few turkeys as well.

Great vacation getaway

My family and I rented the mountain house for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and very clean. We loved the backyard and four season room. I would recommend this house for any type of renters. Arrowhead Lake is a great development as well – there are plenty of beaches, pools and playgrounds to keep the kids entertained and my father-n-law enjoyed fishing off of the pier. All in all, we had a great time and think this is a great vacation getaway.

We stayed at the house for almost 3 weeks during the summer and it was an great. The owner was very accomodating and thoughful, everything was as the owner described. The house is in a great location and in excellent condition. Its within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach which was improtant to me since my nanny was there without a car. Would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in the house for 5 weeks with two small children. If you like the lake and nature, looking for quite location, this house is perfect, 7-10 min walking distance to the lake beach! House is in great condition, clean, was recently renovated, with comfortable beds and new dressers. Nebil is a wonderful landlord with sweet personality and took care of our needs very quickly. We really enjoyed family dinners on the back terrace and my kids were running and playing around the house. We even got our security deposit back within first week after our stay! (For those who enjoys fresh produce, there are two Amish markets every Saturday on Rt 940 and 115). I would highly recommend this house/landlord! Enjoy!

I drove 1800 miles and it was very worth it Nebil was a good person to rent for and the house great the area was beautiful and had wild deer in my front yard i would rent this place time and time again

Me and my 5 girlfriends spent a wonderful weekend at Arrowhead Lake in this beautiful house. We spent our nights watching movies by the fireplace and our days out and about. If your looking for a good time and a great place to stay I reccomend staying here. It was perfect for us and everything we expected. It was clean and had lots of room. Nebil couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. I would reccomend this property to all of my firend.

Wonderful Place for a Vacation!!

My friends and I were looking for great place to spend New Year's at and boy did we find it here! The home was incredible, real cozy and beautifully decorated ! Corresponence with the owners was also a treat as Nebil kept me in the loop with everything from beginning to end and was very helpful. He even called a couple of time to make sure everything is going well.. There honestly wasn't a single thing that we could have wanted that this house did not have. From the spacious living room (comfy couches and a large dinner table) and well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, cleaning supplies..) to the large comfy bedrooms (plenty of closet and drawer space for us to put our things in as well as great beds to sleep on), to cozy Fire Place ....there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and relax over the weekend that we were there. The House was in great shape and was so clean when we arrived. We are already planning a summer vacation because of how great our stay was. It truly was a pleasure!

My family of 5 including 16-month and 10-year-old granddaughters spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house. It is clean, cosy, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. At some point, we had 3 more guests for overnight stay and everybody was very pleased. The owner called in a few times to check if anything was needed, but all our needs had been already met.

The house was in perfect condition. We arrived ready to begin our vacation. The rooms were clean. Everything look just as it did in the pictures. The house owner even called us to make sure all was well. There were plenty of activities to be enjoyed by all of us. We especially like having a NYC style deli right on the outskirts of Arrowhead. The events and activities around the Poconos kept us busy for the week. I would strongly recommend this place for families and nature lovers.

We stayed at the house for a month during the summer and it was an amazing experience. The owner was very accomodating and thoughful. Everything was prepared as promised by the owner. A Winter Wonderland

After a thorough search of cabin rentals in the pocono area, I discovered this gem of a house. Check-in was made extremely easy by the home-owner who goes to every extent to make your visit enjoyable. The house is magnificent and my overall experienced was fantastic. Will certainly be renting again, highly recommended!!

I spent numerous hours looking for a clean, affordable house to rent in the Pocono’s. After many inquiries, the owner of this property was the most accommodating and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist me in the rental process. The house was as exactly as described : clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. I felt very much at home as soon as I arrived.
