Our brand new home is located on the beach and boardwalk just blocks from the stores, restaurants and activities of the Ocean City boardwalk. The home has 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths. It has its own entrance hall, laundry room, shower room, and garage on the ground floor. The elevator may be used by the handicapped with permission of the owner.
There is a state of the art kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and a large island. The living room features a 42 inch LCD TV with cable, a DVD player, am/fm receiver and surround sound. Also included is a laundry room, large ocean front deck and smaller street side deck. The central air conditioning system is augmented by ceiling fans. The sand in front of the house is great for volleyball, horseshoes or just playing in the sand. The deck is close enough to the boardwalk to watch the cyclists, joggers and walkers, yet far enough for privacy while dining or just relaxing. The beach is a short walk across the boardwalk. |
