Enjoy your morning coffee on the tiled lanai or take a walk down Mainsail Dr. which is a dead end road located between a golf course and a wilderness lake. During the day sit out at the large lake front pool or take a short five minute drive to Marco Island and enjoy the large white sand beaches.
The condo was completely remodeled in 2007 with new carpet, tile, fixtures, beds, paint,all new kitchen including tile, appliances etc. This unit has never been rented prior to the fall of 2008. The Tropic Schooner condominium has been newly painted in 2007, along with new roof, new brick pavers etc..
