Our home is luxury beach rental, akin to a 5-star resort. We only rent a few weeks per summer, and our house is gorgeous, clean and on the Ocean in Pelican's Pouch. It is NOT your typical run-down beach rental. We keep our house in perfect, pristine condition and have it professionally cleaned and maintained. We offer breathtaking ocean views and luxury furnishings. Our family uses it extensively and we have high standards to keep it perfect and we ask the same from our guests, most of whom return year after year.

Pelican's Pouch is one of North Bethany Beach's most exclusive communities and is now gated for utmost privacy. This gorgeous oceanfront home offers a first-class vacation experience to its guests, abound with luxury amenities and furnishings.

Everything was perfect. You guys have done a great job making this a great rental home without feeling like a rental home. Your cleaning service is unbelievable... they left the house spotless. I wish the other houses we had rented in the past were this clean and nice.

What a great place to stay at the beach... the house is better than advertised... it is kept clean, everything is where it should be and we really felt like we were at a luxury resort hotel... no way should this be a rental. See you next year.
