WELCOME to our luxury private villa which is a four bedroom two bathroom family home, with a fully screened south facing solar heated pool which takes advantage of the glorious Florida sunshine from morning until sunset.The villa is beautifully situated in an idyllic position on a lakeside plot with uninterrupted views across the water.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen,family/breakfast room and a spacious formal lounge/dining room.The villa is fully licenced and fully air conditioned with the additional benefit of ceiling fans throughout,the villa is also fitted with smoke detectors,alarms and emergency lighting.

The master bedroom has a king size bed,the second bedroom has a queen size bed and bedrooms three and four have twin beds and have been especially decorated for children.

Disney is fifteen minutes away and other major attractions are within an easy driving distance,there are a wide range of shops,restaurants and golf courses in close proximity,we are also close to Highway 192,Florida Turnpike,Orange Blossom Trail,and the 417 Florida Greenway,the Interstate 4 can also be reached via these routes.

  • Dear Mick & Monica, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely house. Being from Florida originally and having lots of family down in the Orlando area it was especially nice for us to have someplace where everyone could come and meet the family members that had been added to our extensive family. Being the oldest of 10 and having so many new members (i.e. grandchildren, spouses, in-laws, etc) it made it great for us to all gather in Orlando. Saw the Launch from Merritt Island, went to Disney, Sea World and enjoyed the pool with the children. Thank you for providing a place where we could do that. The home is clean and well kept, every thing you need for a home away from home. Having both my husband, son and son-in-law as chefs they did require a few other things to cook with, however, everything else was provided.

We were a little nervous about renting a vacation home for the first time, but found it to be exactly what you had described online, you made the process very simple as well. It was so nice to come "home" after a busy day to an actual home instead of a small hotel room. It was a perfect locations for all of the different attractions that we were looking to visit.   • If you are looking to rent a Florida Villa, look no further! This home is absolutely perfect. We vacationed with a party of 7 and everyone hated to leave. Everything is just perfect, inside and out. We were all a little worried about renting from strangers and making a deal that was based on nothing but internet information but these owners made everything simple. I could not have dreamed of anything better. Thanks again Monica, I hope someday to stay in your Villa again!
