A lovely villa in a quiet area. No difference from the pictures. Sat Nav found it first time (10-15 mins from airport). Homely feel to villa with all the facilities required and expected. After several hours at the theme parks or Mall(s) (20-30 mins away) it was nice to come back and relax. The outside area is compact but ideal for sunbathing and then a cooling dip in the pool- loads of towels provided. The WiFi was a great bonus for us and logging in was no problem. A big supermarket is only a short drive away. A good base for couples and families. Excellent support from the owners- always responded promtly to my e-mail enquiries. Overall: This villa was just right for us and we would go back.

I was truly amazed that the villa was as advertised. It truly is a lovely home and near to all the amenities and attractions. We enjoyed coming home after a full day and relaxing in the pool. I definitely would like to visit once again or better yet on a yearly basis. Thank you Monica and Mike for making the transactions easy and providing us with the information. We will definitely be in touch to book again.

Dear Mick & Monica, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely house. Being from Florida originally and having lots of family down in the Orlando area it was especially nice for us to have someplace where everyone could come and meet the family members that had been added to our extensive family. Being the oldest of 10 and having so many new members (i.e. grandchildren, spouses, in-laws, etc) it made it great for us to all gather in Orlando. Saw the Launch from Merritt Island, went to Disney, Sea World and enjoyed the pool with the children. Thank you for providing a place where we could do that. The home is clean and well kept, every thing you need for a home away from home. Having both my husband, son and son-in-law as chefs they did require a few other things to cook with, however, everything else was provided.

Dear Monica & Mick, Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! Your home was very clean and spacious. Our children LOVED the themed bedrooms and the pool. We were a little nervous about renting a vacation home for the first time, but found it to be exactly what you had described online, you made the process very simple as well. It was so nice to come "home" after a busy day to an actual home instead of a small hotel room. It was a perfect locations for all of the different attractions that we were looking to visit. If you are looking to rent a Florida Villa, look no further! This home is absolutely perfect. We vacationed with a party of 7 and everyone hated to leave. Everything is just perfect, inside and out. We were all a little worried about renting from strangers and making a deal that was based on nothing but internet information but these owners made everything simple. Thank you for sharing your villa with us. It is so clean and well equiped, we wanted for nothing. We usually find holiday beds awful, sleep is a luxury but here we slept well in comfortable beds. The pool was fabulous and very warm, we spent alot of time relaxing around it in the shade of the umberella with something cold in hand enjoying the view across the lake. We would deffinately stay at this villa again; everything about it was perfect. Well done for getting everthing right!

Dear Monica & Mick our second visit to your villa was just as brilliant,comfortable and relaxing as was our last visit. We had mostly brilliant weather but the second week was a bit wet. On returning here for my third visit to this villa i still found it clean and comfortable,with new bigger beds and new bedding for the adult rooms the villa looks even more amazing.The weather has been brilliant and once again i have enjoyed relaxing by the pool with the peaceful view over the lake. This year i visited Discovery Cove for the first time,swimming with the dolphins was amazing and well worth doing.All in all a fantastic holiday,i will be booking this villa again for my next visit to Florida.
