Have you ever dreamed of being on a tropical island, your toes submerged in soft white sand while sitting on an expansive beach with beautiful crystal blue water, surrounded by swaying coconut palms and lush tropical foliage?
Imagine yourself watching the pelicans, dolphins, and heron’s fish for their dinner, collecting beautiful colored seashells, while the sandpipers scurry along the surfs edge. Sanibel Island is the vacation place for you.
This 2nd floor condominium is attractively decorated in a tropical theme. The kitchen has been totally renovated, all new appliances, quartz counter tops, glass top stove, tile flooring and eat-in-bar. This creates a beautiful open area between living room and kitchen.
The Master bedroom (queen bed/cable HD (19')TV) is beautifully decorated with a brand new apartment sized washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has two twin beds. Unit has two full size bathrooms , recently rennovated, ceiling fans throughout the unit and WIFI.
There is a large open living room and dining area. The living room is complete with a sleeper sofa (queen) and cable HD (32')TV, which opens to a large lanai with comfortable chairs to sip your morning coffee.
The dinning area opens to a beautiful Florida Room with patio table and chairs.
All flooring has been replaced with tile and wood floors.
Also provided are; beach chairs, towels, books, CDs, DVDs, childrens books, and lots of family puzzels and games. Netflix streaming of movies has been added. Both bedrooms have been redecorated.
Our unit is conveniently located next to the Management Office, barbecue grills, shuffleboard court, bike rentals and heated swimming pool. Management Office is newly decorated with PC available 24/7. Only a short walk to the lush Sanibel beaches through a private pathway.
Sanibel Island has everything you could wish for...environmental attitude for natural beaches with lots of shells ('Shelling Capital of the World'), bike paths-over 23 miles, hiking, roller blading, golfing, sailing, water sports, Live Theater, Cinemas, museums and more. Half of the island is a natural wildlife preserve, which includes 'Ding Darling', a National Wildlife Park with guided nature tours.
Sea Shells of Sanibel is a small family orientated condominium complex. Most vacationers are repeat renters, as once you visit Sanibel you will always want to return.

Very trouble free, clean, and well laid out. New kitchen, bethrooms, washer/dryer. The unit comes with plenty of beach equipment (chairs, towels, spaghetti floats, cooler,....). Clean and quiet grounds, good swimming pool next door. Bicycles on site. We had one bike break down and just traded it in for another, no hassle. This condo is great, simple and neatly located. Recommend it without reservations...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been coming to Sanibel since 1983 but have always stayed on the East end of the Island. This was our first time to return since the passing of my father so we decided to change it up a bit and try a different area. I was a bit nervous as you never know if trying some place new will be as nice as what you are used to. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised this condo was absolutely lovely. It had all the conveniences of home but in a lovely location not far from the beach. The condo itself was clean and very cozy. The beach is just a short walk thru the complex and across the street from the condo. Not staying directly on the beach was fine with us and it truly saved us as there was a tropical storm while we were there. The pool is just around the corner from the condo which is quite convenient. It was never crowded either! I have looked at numerous condo's on the island and this by far is one of the best ones listed. Everyone in my family enjoyed the condo and thought it was absolutely lovely. It looks just like the pictures and was truly perfect for our family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us! We will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Sanibel is the most rustic and peaceful places to visit. You get away from the bustleing city life and enjoy natural beauty. This condo is perfect for just such a vacation. It is beautifully furnished, well maintained and very comfortable. It beats staying at a hotel as it has all the amenities of being at home. My family and I have rented this vacation beauty four times now, and can't wait to return again. If you want to treat yourself to a wonderful restful and comfortable vacation, you must come to Sanibel and stay at this beautiful condo. I commend the owner on the constant upgrade and decorating that is done each and every year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

After spending last Thanksgiving in your beautiful condo we were happy to find out it was available again this year! Your new floors were a bonus and look awesome with all of the recent updates. The location is perfect, I had no idea so many grocery bags could fit in a bike basket! Thanks again for the use of your beautiful condo. I have stayed at many different Sanibel condos and this one is by far the nicest one. The furniture is new and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes, pots, pans, etc and looks like it has been very recently remodeled with new appliances. Everything is in good working order and very clean. The condo itself is cheery, well lit and spacious. The decor is tasteful.The location is very convenient to the beach and other amenities. The condo office has bike rentals and a computer for guests. The pool is well maintained and is never crowded or noisy- and very close to the condo.I had all my questions answered promptly and with courtesy. I would highly recommend this condo in any season.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Over the last years I have made major rennovations; New kitchen, New bathrooms, New furniture, New HD TVs, decorating, and all new flooring in September, 2010.
Every year I come here I discover a something new about the island, new species of bird, turtles, etc. Drives throught Ding Darling are just amazing, as one can see Sanibel's wildlife beauty.
