Le Suquet is an ancient hilltop village in Cannes which has kept its charm through its winding streets and traditional provencal style houses displaying magnificent flower boxes on a backdrop of terracotta facades with pale green and blue shutters.
Petite rue Saint-Antoine is located about halfway up Rue Saint-Antoine, a cobblestone pedestrian street lined with intimate cafes, boutiques and local artist studios. There are very few rentals available in the Suquet as most properties are owner occupied, which has kept the area unique in comparison with the rest of Cannes.
At 4 petite rue Saint-Antoine, you will find a charming 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a 3 story provencal style building. Some of the finest restaurants in all of Cannes are literally at your doorstep. The world renown Gavroche restaurant is directly outside the front door. The marina, beach, Casino Barriere and Palais des Festivals et des Congres are about 500 meters away.
The recently renovated apartment has tile floors throughout and contains lovely traditional provencal furnishings. Skylights in the living area provide a bright living space during the day and a dramatic view of the starry skies at night.
Our Agent is located 200 meters from the apartment and will assist you with all of your needs during your stay in Cannes. He is English/French speaking and has been based in Cannes for many years.
Dates are flexible and our rates are very reasonable for properties in this location. Three night minimum is required.

My wife and I stayed in this Cannes apartment for a full month and enjoyed our stay very much. It is extremely well located in the old, Suquet, district and within easy walking distance of everything - restaurants, shopping streets, beaches, film festival palace, etc. Some of the many amenities, in the apartment, include air conditioning, satellite TV, free unlimited wireless internet and free international phone calls. Also, the kitchen is equipped with a good sized fridge and very large freezer. It was extremely easy to "live" here, cooking meals, etc. Sleeping in was extremely easy (maybe too easy) because of the quiet building and its residents and neighbours. Something you might not expect for such a central location. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and everything about the apartment was explained to us. Also, we received a welcome/information package from the owners prior to our arrival. In conclusion, no problems and extremely satisfied.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
