This 3-level, 1800 square foot waterfront townhouse is located in the Waterfront Country Club section of Smith Mountain Lake, VA. This property faces the water and is located near Channel Marker R-25.
The home's main level features a fully equipped (newly renovated in 2007) kitchen with breakfast bar, updated dining room and living room, plus a deck.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and deck overlooking the lake. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. A shared full bathroom is also located on this floor, which is directly connected to both the twin bedroom and the hallway.
The lower floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer, another full bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom/den, with a queen sleeper sofa, plus a day bed with trundle & an additional comfortable sofa...a great place for the kids! Freshly painted in 2008, with new upolstery in 2009! The den exits outdoors to a lower level patio.
In the house, there are a total of 4 TV's, 2 DVD players and 2 VCR's, plus stereo equipment. Use the floating dock for swimming, sunning, fishing and to tie your boat onto. There are other homes nearby that rent, if you are planning a reunion...just ask us!

This community is approximately 5 miles to the Westlake Business District with putt-putt, new movie theatres & grocery stores, gift shops and Golf Course. There is a YMCA where you can pay a daily rate. There are many fabulous restaurants close by. Bridgewater Plaza is nearby, with boat rentals, restaurants & shopping. SML is 40 miles long, with over 500 miles of sshoreline. The water is pristine, water sports are great & the fishing is world-class! Some of the fish in the lake include Blue Gills, Crappie, Large & Small Mouth Bass, Stripers, Carp, Catfish and Muskies. Most of the state's Striped Bass records have been caught in SML, including the state record of almost 54 pounds! Smith Mountain Lake is awesome!

We all enjoyed our stay immensely. You have a super house with an unbeatable view! Charlotte & Benjamin (8 months) had a great 1st vacation. We hope to visit SML again in the near future. It is our new favorite vacation spot.

The lake is beautiful and house is really nice. We went to the SML dam. We went horseback riding and the gift shops are nice. The stay was perfect. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had a great time. The only problem we had was with the washing machine, it did not want to spin during one of the cycles. We selected another & it worked properly. An extra bonus while we were there was the BASS MASTERS tournament. We got to meet the Pros, see their boats & went to 1 days' weigh-ins. It was something we had never done & was very interesting. Thanks for all you've done and for such a great place!!!
