This home is in prime location and is everything you want or expect in a tropical vacation home. Private in-ground pool and deep sailboat water dock at your back door. The lanai offers outdoor living with lights in the pool for night swimming and surround sound music for dinner. Professionally maintained home perfect for family vacation. Tropical style home opens completely to lanai and pool area. Yard has palm trees and tropical plants to make you feel like you are at a resort. If you drive from the village/downtown area straight through to the harbor you will find this vacation home. For those of you that would like to use the dock for your boat, the harbor is just minutes away. Also, check with the yacht club for their reciprocal membership privileges. They are located right down the street.
Special attention has been given to the details. There is ceiling fans throughout the home. All lighting has dimmer switches to create relaxing atmosphere. Entertain friends while you are in the kitchen with the open bar. Tons of counter space for food preparation. Pass through window to make dining on the lanai easy to set up or quick clean up. Gas grill is provided on the lanai.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with master bath providing a oversize glass enclosed walk in shower.
Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with lots of storage space for clothing and personal items. Guest bedroom has pocket doors to completely separate the bedroom and second bathroom area of the home.
Den can be used as an office for your computer or bedroom. There is sofa that pulls out to a single bed.
Living room has a leather sofa that pulls out to a double bed.
Home is very beautiful and kept to highest standards of cleanliness. There is a two car garage to keep your cars cool. Circular driveway provides parking space for guests and is very convenient for getting luggage and groceries into the house. The pool is maintained on a weekly basis and enclosed with a screen so you do not have to worry about bugs while swimming or with the doors open. House has sliders that completely open to the outdoors. There are ceiling fans and central a/c.
Excellent location that is close to small local beach, downtown area, Fisherman's Village, tennis/health club, grocery/shopping, spas, golf, and boating. You can take a boat to secluded beaches at Don Pedro for a picnic or to spend the day. Also visit Babcock Ranch for the wilderness tours.
