Don't be fooled by rates. We are priced 20% off resort rates! As low as you can go! And we are an ocean front condo... closest you can get to the ocean at Las Palomas in the new phase!

There is a big difference in the feel of an ocean front Las Palomas condo and an ocean view condo about 50 to 100 yards further back from the ocean. Our condo, once again, is as close as you can get to the ocean for a one bedroom... period! Ocean view condos are priced cheaper because they are!

We are in the new phase Coronado building. Our one bedroom is 25% larger then the original phase one bedrooms.

In fact, when surfing the web for a Las Palomas condo here is some advice. Know the building you are going to be in. It makes all the difference in your vacation!

There are 2 ocean front buildings in the new phase.

1. Coronado
2. Cordoba

If say a condo you are looking in is in the Rubi building, you will know you are some 50 to 100 yards back from the ocean! A little cheaper in price, but not quite the same feel of being on the ocean!

Our new Ocean Front Las Palomas Condo is in the new Coronado building positioned in the closest row (4th) to the ocean of all one bedroom condos in the newest phase.

The views from this 3rd floor condo are to die for! Watch the sunset from the balcony as you enjoy Happy Hour! You are so close to the ocean you'll hear the tide coming in and the Pelicans diving for fish! Why go anywhere? Order room service for dinner from Las Palomas' fine restaurant.

The brand new condo in the Coronado building is the largest by far in Rocky Point! At 1200 square feet (the previous largest ranged from 780-900 sq feet) you have plenty of room for a family vacation! The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.

The condo has been luxuriously appointed with Plasma and LCD televisions...including high tech stereo/ iPod setup. It features high quality comfortable furniture. It includes high speed broad band Internet access and easy International phone access.

The condo is conveniently located by the elevator for easy access to the beach and grounds. The shower is a walk in shower (no climbing over tub). You will love the spaciousness of the bathroom!

The condo is appointed with Granite countertops in the kitchen, Marble countertops in the bathroom, full kitchen and complete appliances! The large laundry room with full size washer/dryer allows you to relax, enjoy and feel at home! Fine towels and linens are provided.

Beach towels are provided at poolside. Just bring your relaxed attitude! You can bring your own food across the Mexican border!

The condo also has a 5 step water purification process and automatic ice maker as well as purified water out of the sink! No need to bring bottled water.

The master has a comfortable king bed. Relax and enjoy a dvd on your LCD television in the bedroom The living/dining area features a pullout comfortable double twin Trundle bed, and the living room features a pull out sofa bed.

Enjoy a quiet evening on the ocean watching a great movie from your 42 inch Plazma Television. The condo is perfect for families with more then 2 kids or adult getaways, fishing trips, etc. as it sleeps 6!! A bargain compared to a 2 bedroom!
